1) Website in July has been a JOKE. Saturday 7/13 was down @ 5PM CST-9PM CST. Calling in to place a bet on every UFC fight gets old.

2) Their live betting has become the biggest joke. Sports Betting Plus / Sports Betting Prime / Live Betting Extra / Live Betting Ultra / Live in play on sportsbook main.

They have 5 Live betting platforms and all of them have different lines and garbage options. The only live betting platform that has a legit selection of everything is coincidentally the shittiest option they have which is Live Betting Ultra.

Live Betting is a quick process and something you have to be legit at. Their Live betting ultra is the biggest shit show I have ever seen in betting. First off there is a glitch in their software to where if you place a bet on an alt line of like -450 and click submit it shows an error and automatically moves your bet to the WORST possible line on the opposite side. I can make a video of all of this to show you all, I am a guru on their site at this point.
So if I want under 167.5 in WNBA at -450 It will say an error has occured and it will switch the line to Under 140.5 at +13000. Which a) is bullshit because you are trying to lock in a line and it completely switches the line on you so if you are in a hurry you end up betting the opposite line you were trying to bet. This should NEVER happen EVER. A book should not automatically switch a line when you didn't do anything other than try and hit confirm.

B) If the site doesn't switch the bet on you then you have gotten lucky, but you are no where near out of the woods. Next step is trying to ensure the bet gets placed before you get one of 3 errors. A) An unknown error has occurred and your wager has fail to process. B) Line has changed bet cant go through C) Line is no longer available or has been suspended.
Now I know what you say: Don't use live betting Ultra. Well live Betting Ultra is the only one that keeps lines open for a reasonable time. So they offer all these options yet they know they are trying to steer you towards Live betting ultra which is the one that has ALL THE ISSUES.
Today I had the last straw. Was watching the Brewers game and went to place a bet on the live under @10.5 for $220 to win $190 and all I got was ... Please wait setting betting limits. So low in behold I wasn't able to place a bet for the under 10.5 live because 5dimes ultra was messed up again and of course the line wasn't offered on their 4 other platforms. Never seen that error until today. Thanks for costing me $190 today guys!

3) Next they are trying to get me to become bitcoin exclusive yet the last bitcoin deposit took 4 hours. CC takes 4 Seconds. Their already dragging ass on the site not working and their live betting engine taking 10 minute to potentially place a bet. Now they want me to wait to even get my money into their site.

4) Customer service is also not the greatest as they love to get snippy. I placed a live bet on Live Ultra (My Favorite) and there was a problem with the scoreboard on the broadcast so the broadcast showed a 6 point differential. Southern Huskies vs Canterbury Rams June 8th. I bet Rams ML Live to win and they won by 2 but since the scoreboard on the broadcast was 6 points off it showed they lost by 4.
It took 3 calls to 5dimes. 12 hours and me yelling at them showing them 5 6 7 8 9 10 websites of PROOF that the game was graded wrong. They told me "We have our sources, our sources say you are wrong and we are right". The girl previously told me where they got there source which she shouldn't have so then I pressed them on the site they use for their source and how its one of THE WORST source site on the internet. They FINALLY reversed the decision but took 3 calls a lot of chatting and telling them they were wrong and 12 hours of my money being tied up. Unacceptable.
The reason I am making this thread is 2 reasons:
1) I want people to know this is an issue and I want 5Dimes to go back to where they used to be.
2) Educate anyone that is new to 5Dimes and what to watch out for on the live betting side.

Intertops
BetonlineI placed over 200 bets in June and risked over 20K and returned over 22K.
I am not a rookie, this is credible source and I want 5dimes to be fixed if this continues during football season I will find a better book.

The only thing keeping me with them right now is Open Parlays with Heavy Moneyline options for CFB and CBB.
The only thing I have that is positive to say is I have cashed out 8 Times since March and have not had a problem and all have been within 48 hours of my initial request.
When I throw around the money I throw around I should be worried about the action on the field not worried about if I am going to be able to place a bet or how I am going to place a bet on the action on the field.
I think 5Dimes needs to figure it out or they should be downgraded from an A+ rating.

You can pay a higher fee. Which will allow your transaction to be confirmed faster. But its all dependent on the volume of bitcoin being traded.

Example in 2017 when bitcoin blew up and litecoin blew up and went from $40 to $400 in a week transactions at that point were taking almost 12 hours to confirm because EVERYONE was trading therefore the queue was SO long.

Thats why I say its dependent on how busy bitcoin trading is.

Bitcoin trading in the last month has been higher than it has in the past 11 combined due to it making a run. Therefore your AVG transaction is taking longer regardless of the fee.

Most people deposit because they want to bet on an upcoming game. If bitcoin traffic is through the roof and you deposit it "could" depending on bitcoin traffic trading in general take up to 4 hours.

Taking 4 hours for a deposit to go through is the difference between Placing the bet and winning and not getting to place the bet.


I had a buddy today tell me 5dimes live engine wouldn't load and therefore he couldn't place bets. Then he wanted to get in on the over 8.5 in the Nats game and he couldn't even log in.

Shit gets old and adds up after a while.

My last couple deposits took 2-3 hours to get 6 confirmations. I guess sometimes it's just bad timing. Had one instance where Bitcoin dropped 5% while waiting for confirmations. Ether blows away Bitcoin for speed. 5 Dimes should have alternatives to Bitcoin.

There is a lot of invalid complaining on SBR but I think Slowbalt has a valid case here. My experience with 5dimes has been a C+ at best. Among other things they issue bonuses only as you are placing bets. I don't know any other site that does this. Very annoying. I would much rather wager at BOL and BM.

It’s kind of an unfair comparison. Bovada credits your account with a requirement of zero confirmations, which is definitely not standard. 5Dimes, requires only one confirmation, which is standard. Yes, of course, Bovada is better. But they’re also the absolute best in this department, which doesn’t necessarily make 5Dimes bad. If those who require one confirmation are too slow for your liking, you always have the option of paying a larger fee.

Who cares if he wants to use bitcoin or not? Every point he made is valid and I’ve been on 5D for a very long time. Bovada is much much better. Deposits are instant and their line selection is much larger.

5D continues to cause delays in withdrawals and the run around. Just an awful book. I probably will never play there again unless I get limited on others.
