    Bet365 - Permanent Account Closure

    Hi All,

Question for the forum. In 2010, I asked for a permanent closure of my account with Bet365. I wanted to take a break from the scene but did request a permanent closure. I wanted to return to the site and have tried numerous time over the years but was told this can never be reversed.

Has anyone else ever gone through this with Bet365? Is there any kind of work around, escalation that can be done? Anything the good people at SBR can help out with?

With it being 10 years ago and I was much younger I am surprised they wont even consider this in any way.

Hoping to hear from the experts!

Responsible gambling rules in the UK have been ramped right up starting May 7th this year.

I doubt they will be overlooking a permanent self exclusion request in this environment. No matter how long ago.

Maybe email the UK Gamling Commission for advice? info@gamblingcommission.gov.uk
