    Jazzsports/Betphoenix/Betmania

I have never played at any of these sportsbooks and I was wondering what the positives and drawbacks are of each. Are they from the same family? I noticed they have a B rating from sportsbookreview and I was looking to add another sportsbook. Thanks in advance to all that replay.

    Jazzsports is separate.

Betphoenix and Betmania belong to the same group.

Jazz/looselines are solid recreational book with odds in line with heritage. The CS is very good and they are nice guys the managers. they pay out BTC very fast most times hits wallet before you hang up if you do via phone. one negative is the 1000$ max payout per day

My maximum withdrawal via bitcoin recently increased on looselines to $2500.

Their bitcoin processor screws you over though if you’re not careful. I do not use them often but deposited $965 worth last week at time of send and $970 at time of confirmation. They used an exchange rate that the market had not once touched in the past 12 hours, crediting me only $944. Blockchain tx confirms all of this as well.

Happened on a $250 deposit few months back as well and I chased the amount shorted ($10), figuring not worth hassling CS and lost it all before even making a normal wager. Needless to say I flipped out this time.

good to know....I have not withdrawn for a bit but it was only 1k max then....they have updated the site plus cashier so maybe that was part....the racebook now offers more exotic which is nice....I basically only use the racebook....the managers mark and Dave are good guys I’d mention that to them

Yes, LooseLines' Bitcoin processor definitely shorts you with bad exchange rates. Happened to me a couple times. When you call, they make it a point to say that their bitcoin processor does NOT charge any fee. Yeah, they're not charging a flat "fee", but they are effectively charging us through use of a bogus rate. And the worst part is that when you file a dispute, the person in the payments department tries telling you that they used a completely different rate - one that is perfectly aligned with market price. Uhhhh, no...I would be THRILLED if you had used that market exchange rate because then my payout wouldn't have been short and we wouldn't be having this conversation. They are completely unreasonable and will change their story multiple times - whatever it takes to justify the short amount you received.
