    Bodog Payouts

Requested a bank transfer withdrawal on June 25th from 5th and nothing. Called customer service twice and their reply was that they were busy. Coming from the banking world that is a steaming load. Is this site a scam are they going bankrupt?

Bodog seems to be a scam or going bankrupt. Requested a bank transfer on June 25 and now it is the end of July 5 with nothing. They promise to transfer in no longer than 5 business days called customer service twice with Zero results. Are they going bankrupt or just a scam

    Hi raptor,

Welcome to SBR Forum. We relocated your two posts in this thread since the one you bumped was old, and would not be as visible in getting attention on your issue.

We are happy to ask a Bodog manager for an update on your situation. Can you please submit a complaint form?

Now July 10 for a five day bank transfer requested June 25. Bodog is a complete rip off. Called customer service three times and the response was that they are back logged and that I will get paid one day. Complete bush league. A site to avoid

I’m also struggling with a payout from bodog. 4000$ by direct dp which was supposed to be a 3-5 day wait two weeks ago. Was supposed to be processed and sent last week. Then on Monday I was told by a service rep it was going to be done in two days. Now again today they say it’s just backlogged in the que. Stressful and very concerning.

I'm guessing they don't like to payout with football so close and are giving both you guys some time to think about it and change your minds. LOL

Except this seems to be an issue that’s existed for some time with them, going off historical posts. Wish I’d read those instead of just trusting the rating. Hopefully it’s resolved with some help here as I’ve filed the complaint form.

Plus couldn’t change my mind regardless. It’s been “processed” but apparently just hasn’t been sent by their server....Garbage.

July 15 and still nothing. Called customer service and they gave the same old song and dance that they are back logged. But when I mentioned that I wanted to make a deposit they amazingly told me not to worry they could process it same day. Not only are they crooks but also morons

Their payment processor must have lost a bank account they were using for wires at a guess. Creating this backlog.

It might be worth asking them if they can cancel and send Bitcoin now?

Raptors issue sounds very familiar to mine. 800 dollar bank transfer processed on June 29th, still nothing. 700 dollar bank transfer processed on July 2nd, still nothing. 4000 dollar bank transfer processed on July 14th, nothing. I know I will get my money because I always do from bodog, however these timelines are far beyond what I would typically expect of an A rated book. Is anyone else experiencing the same bank transfer issues?

Hey guys. Got paid my first 800 dollar bank transfer from June 29th this morning. 3 weeks seems like the magic number for cheques, wire transfers, or direct bank transfers from bodog. As the Moderator has said, "you will get your money, be patient". I will continue to update this thread based on my two other pending withdrawals from July 2nd and July 14th.

Bodog taking forever to payout via bank transfer

Something fishy is going on with bodog. I have been waiting on a $700.00 DBT withdrawal that was processed on July 4th and here we are at day 27 with no payment processed to my bank account. I have tried customer service twice and both times they have responded that my payment has been processed but they are experiencing longer than usual deposit times due to an increased number of withdrawals.

Furthermore, they have told me to continually check my messages to see when the bank transfer has been sent. I check daily but to no avail. This DBT withdrawal is only 700 bucks, but I have a 4000 dollar DBT and 2500 DBT pending.

I'm not too sure what is going on with bodog because they recently transferred a 800 dollar DBT to me in 19 days which is somewhat acceptable but still way outside the 5-10 days they quote on their website. I have filled out 2 x SBR complaint forms and nobody at SBR has responded. The admin at SBR just tells me to be patient and possibly request a bitcoin withdrawal but that is not my preferred method of payment. Is anyone experiencing the same issues at bodog/Bovada? Interested in hearing if others are having similar issues.

I don't understand why people use these stupid ass withdrawal methods when btc transfers, even at slow paying books, take a day at most. It's like sending a letter pony Express instead of writing an email.

Thanks for your extremely useful reply. If they gave me the option to cancel my withdrawal and use bitcoin I would. Does anybody have any more extremely useful information to provide?

Yes, i requested a Direct Bank Transfer (I am a Canadian) and waiting since July 22nd. This is for $3500 CAD.

I tried earlier in July but waited too long and cancelled the initial Direct Bank Transfer.

I've used Bodog for 8+ years, this is first time there is a delay.

Waiting on DBT since July 12, and it's for peanuts....only $220.
What an embarrassment. I have contacted 2 or 3 times and get the same response, "your money is safe and we are working feverish to catch up".

Yes - I get the same email for Direct Bank Transfer. Usually in the past DBT for Canadians would take 2~5 business max. I'm waiting as well.

Bodog always says "This was caused due to congestion in the network caused by an influx of withdrawal requests.

The withdrawal was already sent out, I'm sorry but you would not be able to cancel.
We assure you your funds are safe and will be in your account soon, please continue to monitor your account periodically for updates.

If there's anything else we can help you with, please let us know."

It sucks to wait this long.

Update - I received the DBT for 700 on August 5th. Took them 32 days to process. I am still awaiting a 4000 dollar DBT processed on July 14th and 2500 dollar DBT processed on July 18th. Be calm, you will get your money. I did my first bitcoin withdrawl with bodog for 1500 dollars and it was processed and in my account within 48 hours. I will never use another withdrawal method other than bitcoin with bodog again.

In case anybody cares my DBT for 4000 dollars hit my account this morning. 23 days to process. It seems like the wait time is not as long and they may have resolved the issue somewhat. If you want a faster withdrawal, I do suggest Bitcoin. Now my only withdrawal is a 2500 dollar one pending from mid July. Dont worry, bodog will pay you out!
