Well, that would be their only and tiny chance to get out of this. I don't see another way.

And obviously you completely misunderstood my point: I'm totally siding with you guys. It's obvious that it was an inside job and that they are lying. I just wanted to look on the situation from a neutral angle and how a neutral/independent viewer/mediator could look on it and hence I wanted to consider ALL possible options. By eliminating one option after another there will only be one option left and that is the most likely scenario that 18bet/Babibet/1bet have cancelled the withdrawals by themselves and (retroactively) created fake bet tickets in order to cut down your balances.

    Okay I see.
Lets hope this thread at least is preventing new customers registering on those sites.

Also additional info worth mentioning, after 3 weeks of waiting for my documents verification, they cancelled my withdrawal and placed a fake bet, then I tried to withdraw the remaining 35€ from my account, and I got that money the same day, but they never actually sent me an email that my documents are verified even to this day.

I freelance as dev from home, never written password on a paper, never stuck anything on a monitor and I am experienced about net safety.

    Who even does that

??? That's somehow even more ridiculous than sending passwords via email, and of course I've never logged in anywhere outside my home.

After all, as I said already, they told me "anti-fraud department has confirmed the bets were placed your I.P. Address", but you and Babibet support keep going about "account security", which makes no sense.
I think you missed the point of my post. I am on your side. I wasn’t accusing you of any of that. I’m saying that, while I don’t believe their story, the book is accusing you of not protecting your login, and I was merely illustrating that this can take many forms other than simply having a weak password. People do all of those things I listed and many more stupid ones.

I know, it just made no sense to start talking about my account being hacked when the bookie said the bet was placed using my I.P. address.

I don't think anything is moving, they just ignore my emails, it's just that easy for them.

    Same here.

Seem to be a bit stuck at the moment.

18Bet denied all claims, without any solid reason and didn't provide the relevant proof that I asked for when I emailed their licensor.

The licensor, just sided with them accepting an explanation which, same like yours, contradicts itself with only 2 points to the explanation (pretty hard to do hahaha)

Also, 18Bet actually ignored the email which they told me to write to their anti-fraud team.

So, right now, I'm not really sure what to do.

I have another 1k stuck in the account, but I don't know whether I should try to withdraw it or not.

I'm not sure if you have been keeping up to date with my thread too.

But someone has found another recent case from a casino player, same situation as us, withdrawal made, withdrawal cancelled, 2 equally sized losing bets placed on an over/under football bet.

Obviously, same like us, the bet doesn't match his betting pattern because he never placed a sports bet on the account and only played in the casino.

Better withdrawn your money because in some day you can find another not yours losing bets and empty account
or if worry about dirty trick from them just self executed yourself do screen for confirmation and after make withdrawn.

Yeah I saw that, its crazy how shameless they are.
To me their licencor never even responded, it's probably a fake licencor.

Not saying it's what happened, but this is actually possible via a virus - someone else in control, but routed through your machine.

Very good idea and I should do it but i keep holding myself back because I'm scared that if I withdraw I think 1 of 2 things will happen:

    1) The withdrawal will get cancelled and losing bets will be added again.
    2) The withdrawal will go through, but then they will close the account and any chance of seeing the 6600 will be gone.

The thing is, even if I videoed the PC the whole time that the withdrawal was going through and lets say that more fraudulent bets were placed on my account, they could just claim that I logged in on another device cancelled my bets and placed some more losing bets (which don't match my betting history)

Btw the licensor of 18Bet and Babibet are different, with your one my friend have actually had a good experience in the past.

They didn't respond, but he cc'd the bookmaker and them into one email and the bookmaker replied quickly to him directly, changing their mind about the decision that they made and asked him to cancel the complaint after the money was paid back.

It might be worth resubmitting the complaint and adding babibet support to the email, or replying to the email with a follow up question and adding them in, so that they can see the complaint.

possible - yes, probable - no -> considering all of the cases and information.

Also, what would the person gain from this?

Another thing, do you really think there are some people out there that have had their withdrawal cancelled and then had a string of winning bets placed on their account?

This one is somehow the most unrealistic one, this is some movie stuff, the chance of a virus that can remotely control another computer are non-existant.

Please advice, what to do in this case: I ask Babibet to change account currency, they sent me email - you account in Euro currency is closed , you feel free to open new one. I do. Deposit 900 usd, play few month, 3600 usd on balance. Ask for withdraw - account blocked - balance confiscated. Reason - duplicate account. But new account was open after invite of support and email with phrase " you feel free to open new account" I am not violate rule regarding " duplicate accounts" and not violate any other terms and conditions. My new account was initiated by Babibet, it is no my idea. Support advice it is only way to change currency and new account opening with the know of Babibet. But now Babibet confiscate my blance and ignore my emails and reasons.
"feel free to open new account" and than banned due duplicate account. Funny trap, yes?
I have sent complaint to Curacao, but no answer. Please advice what to do, and how to made complaints?

There is a conversation I had 2018 and after that two skrill withdrawals with success during the same year but 2019 couldnīt get anything any more because of the false accusation about multiple accounts. Instead of paying me my account was closed without even deposit refunded.

Based on my experience I dare to say you are in trouble. I even filed a cheap small claims court case in Malta but lost it because the small claims court system was highly inefficient. To have a better chance to win one would need to hire a lawyer and use a regular court system. In fact I know 18bet has been sued by a company called greentablelegal specialised in online gaming scams. There is a Maltese lawyer involved I think. Babibet, 1bet and several other ones belong to the same owner as 18bet the only remarkable difference being the licensor.

MGA has always failed to solve my problems and besides it canīt be tried in this case as the licensor is Curacao which I think is the worst of all.

Then the guy went to my bet history to "check if everything is okay", and he said "I don't see anything unusual about the bet". So apparently after hundreds of 10€ - 50€ bets it's "nothing unusual" that out of nowhere I decided to cancel my withdrawal request that was sitting there for 2 weeks, and I dropped all my money on some Senegal-Uruguay football match. He even told me that the withdrawal request and bet was placed using my I.P. address, what a joke lmao. They are saying their "anti-fraud" department found no issues with my account, as if they even have an "anti-fraud" department, disgusting dirty thieves.

What did you done with your case with BABIBET<
