    The double charge at bookmaker has been happening a decent amount lately. It’s not them it’s their shitty processors.
    Polsky have the transactions posted to your bank account or wherever they were charged? Or are they still pending? What happens sometimes is the charges will sit on your pending charges for 7 days and then fall off. While they are pending you won’t have access to the funds and bookmaker can’t do anything about it.
    After it posts on your account send bookmaker the screenshots to the email address they give you. After 24 hours check in with them. If you don’t check in with them the process takes longer. They will then contact the processors, if the processors got their money bookmaker will credit your account. If the processors never got the money they’ll tell you to contest the charges. Save the chat though just in case.
    I’ve had experience with this, at one point I had about 2500 in extra charges. Some dropped off and some posted so what he is saying is true. Bookmaker will fix any of the issues, it’s a hassle but they’ll correct it just make sure to check in and follow up. According to them it’s the risk of depositing with a card. Kind of a lame excuse but it is what it is.

    What frustrates me the most is I been playing with bookmaker from when they start. Sbr is not doing anything about my case it's been days.

    I have an update .. like I said before sbr didnt do shit for me. I contacted my bank and they sent me an email with all the info and yes I have prove that they double charged me.i contacted bookmaker and offered to sent them the info but now they are informing me that they cant accept the email from my bank.they are sending me to public library so I can use the desktop to download the files,screenshots are not allowed. I will keep you posted.

    Ok you need to follow my instructions, you’re making it much more difficult than it needs to be. Take screenshots that are clear of your online banking showing the transaction posted. Send those to bookmaker to the email they tell you to send it. If you’ve already done that than if you are a vip member there talk to anyone in that department and find out what they want you to do next. If you aren’t a vip member talk to a manager. They will either credit your bookmaker account with the funds or they will check with the processor to see if they got the funds. Bookmaker will let you know if it’s ok to charge back the transaction. Save the conversation. That’s it, it’s that easy. You don’t need your bank sending emails or SBR for this. Trust me I already dealt with this and it’s easy if you follow the steps
