I have had my account on Nitrogen since 2014... I have referred many friends and family members throughout the years. I have placed tons of bets, lost more than I won for sure. Most importantly I always withdrew before with 0 issues.


I played some blackjack and had a good run. I tried to withdraw 0.10144 btc ($1,150) and out of nowhere my account got closed and my bitcoin was confiscated for "multi-accounting". I have tried to speak to support about it but they said their decision is "final". I have begged for proof but I have gotten copy-paste answers and 0 help. I have tried posting on reddit and dealing with their support there... zero help.


It is one thing to close my account, it's another to steal my money. Do not play on Nitrogen Sports!

In the past year is when they started enforcing this bullshit multiaccounting. For years they never cared. When I used them regular in the past, I probably created 50+ accounts, only used 1 or 2.

It’s annoying when you want to check lines or poker games and have to log in every 30 mins or so. Plus they require 2FA. Login info + grab your phone and all to check lines. OR make one click “new user” no info needed and boom you can check lines.

Now they’re holding it against users which is bullshit.

Just more proof they’ve gone downhill.

Ive used nitrogen long time since back in day when btc was 400$ of course now with fairlay around i basically use for poker and parlays only but am on daily....they do not just steal peeps funds....ive hsd multi accounts due to the instant account option but never used...there security had gotten much better and w technology they and other sites know who the cheats are....i also have noticed on poker too security is much better w collusion attempts investigaions...there is more here to this story guaranteed

Definitely more to this story. Nitrogen has no reason to just randomly steal your money. You were cheating and got caught. I've been accused also of multi accounting. And it was because I hit the new account button by mistake a few times. They realized that is what happened and reinstated my account. Now they have a captcha after you click that button by mistake which eliminates that problem. Nitrogen is the farthest thing from a scam book and this guy is lying about something 100%. .1 bitcoin is nothing to them. They are not going to just take your money with no reason.

It just pisses me off when these scammers cheat and get caught then come on here and say the book stole my money don't play there. I've played with nitro for years and never had an issue. The book pays out as quick as any book there is. You cheated you got caught. Why the fuk what I stop playing there because you got caught? I understand there are scam books out there. However these top rated books are not just going to steal your money for no reason. Like I said before .1 bitcoin is pennies for nitrogen.

my only real issue with Nitro is the starting pitcher rule...that really should be changed IMO to protect player

Guys...how can he cheat blackjack? Their own software is provably fair. It is impossible for EITHER party, player or house to rig the game (the seeds could be rigged by house but that goes down a long rabbit hole).

Obviously user could be lying but if he truly only won the money in casino and was a victim of the easy-click new account / multi account, as we've all had the freeze happen to us by Nitro support when we try to withdraw, why claim he is a scammer?

In Costa Rica, all the books have data processing licenses. Nitrogen is a top book. SBR will get this figured out.

Irregardless of this issue, I too have used multiple accounts with Nitrogen over the past few years. Never was an issue with them until they made a big stink about it when I tried to withdraw a few months ago. Finally got everything squared away but how can they continue to advertise on their homepage "we offer anonymous accounts"?

I don't disagree but the topic is Costa Rican based books and the fact that a CR license is meaningless.
I want to drive the point home to the uninformed that they should not assume having any protection/insurance just because a book lists a license from CR. As a matter of fact I think its dishonest because the book is trying to show legitimacy.

I'm not saying other licenses aren't useless either but until Nitrogen lists a Malta license I'll have no comment on them.

Although it isn't limited to Nitrogen. It seems all the books in CR try and make a license in Costa Rica more than it is.

BookMaker is located in San Jose, Costa Rica and is fully licensed by the Government of Costa Rica to accept wagers by telephone or internet.

I agree. Must be something else to it (they have always been the most honest with me out of ANY Sportsbook I've ever used, that's the truth!).
Of course I've also always just had one account, so don't know about that (and I like 2 Factor Auth., it is a hassle at times, but a lot more secure-I use it on a lot of places, not just Sportsbooks).

I agree...Nitrogen has always been fair...To many guys try scams and then get caught then cry out theft....Esp now with BTC so many people think it's anything goes...Now I do feel he should get a better explanation to why this occurred but if any fraud or scam occurred confiscation of funds is a proper penalty. That's the only way books can show they are serious and try to scare off scammers...these guys only make it tougher for us honest players plus it drives up books cost too and us loyal players have to pay price...

Appreciate you getting back to me so quickly to help. I have sent it to the email you provided me. I also responded to the email confirmation sent to me (first time it went to spam, so i deleted the confirmation message and details, and re-sent).

For the others commenting about this situation... I also was using Nitrogen since 2014 on this account. I never had any issues and had much bigger amounts in the account. But it is all good until it's not. I do not understand how I could've scammed or cheat? I did not play any poker: just sports bets and blackjack. They said I was multi accounting and thats it. I've referred friends, i bet on the nba finals with friends and i've sent money to friends. I don't think any of this is against the rules though.

I hope SBR can help me out here.
