After requesting a withdrawal, they asked for re identification ( which was not a problem), I duly sent my passport and then waited for the reply.
They replied and said that I had failed security checks and that my account was closed as a business decision and would not be reopened. I called, and emailed, and tried to understand their reasoning behind this, and they said that it was a business decision and that was that.
I then asked for my deposit back ( the 4,000 GBP) and they asked for me to send in a selfie with my passport in order to release my deposit. I did this, they accepted the selfie+ doc, and I received my 4,000 GBP back. So.....how did they accept my documents to release my deposit back, but refused my documents to pay the remainder of the 7,000 GBP back?
It doesnt make any sense at all.
