Ladbrokes refusing to pay my balance

I have/had an already verified account with Ladbrokes and deposited 4,000 GBP into it. After having a lucky streak in their casino, I managed to make it to around 11,000 GBP and this is when the problems started.

After requesting a withdrawal, they asked for re identification ( which was not a problem), I duly sent my passport and then waited for the reply.

They replied and said that I had failed security checks and that my account was closed as a business decision and would not be reopened. I called, and emailed, and tried to understand their reasoning behind this, and they said that it was a business decision and that was that.

I then asked for my deposit back ( the 4,000 GBP) and they asked for me to send in a selfie with my passport in order to release my deposit. I did this, they accepted the selfie+ doc, and I received my 4,000 GBP back. So.....how did they accept my documents to release my deposit back, but refused my documents to pay the remainder of the 7,000 GBP back?

It doesnt make any sense at all.

So what happens to the slot money that was won out of the slot? Is it just dumped into "Ladbrokes winnings"?

If you would like to send in a sportsbook complaint form we can try reaching out to them for you https://www.sportsbookreview.com/sportsbook-complaint/

But from your description it sounds like they probably think this is a gnome account with someone else other than the given ID in control. In which case they won't usually discuss it with SBR as it's a "security issue".

You'll probably have to make an official appeal via https://ibas-uk.com
