    Info for Heritage

When signing up for Heritage, how much personal info will they ask for? i.e. bills to verify addresses etc.

They didnt ask for all the personal info until I was requesting a payout- just feel these books should be upfront, if they want all the personal info ask for it when setting up the account.

Things are too complicated now-- too many stipulations and delays-- holdups- and excuses -- offshore will end soon for USA-- it will be available in every state--sports wagering that is-- just like the lottery-- Indian casinos- riverboat casinos- and already made wagering on Nevada teams years ago- anyone who cannot see this happening is wrong gl all- this is better for all players.

Too many negative things said about Heritage. If they want to verify you... fine... so be it. They want to know a name an address... nothing wrong with that.

Their payouts are superior... and they don't play mickey mouse games like other books.

    Very consistent once verified.

I get that you're a big fan of Heritage, and they use to be my favorite Book too. However they are no longer in my top 3. Their new lines software sucks, and I'm not allowed the option to use their original software which is much better. To be fair, I don't like the new software of Bookmaker and SBR, but at least they still allow you to use their classic format instead (btw sbr classic line service is easily the best free line service out there). What I also dislike about the new Heritage is that they pulled the check payout from clients that have chosen to use it ( and w/i the rules they set!) Requests to get it reinstated have gone unanswered; Heritage Insider doesn't even return my messages. So I'm left with bitcoin only as a funding option, but Heritage has changed their rules on BTC deposits. Instead of crediting your account at the time you send them BTC, like all other Books, they go by the confirmation time. This means that their clients bear the currency risk. If your BTC deposit is stuck for hours or God forbid longer, then you will needlessly be risking a serious loss if the market is falling. I lost nearly $100 on my last BTC deposit, there so I stopped funding that way. And since I can't withdraw by check anymore, my banking options are seriously limited. Heritage is no longer the customer friendly Book it used to be. Sad to to have to post this, because I use to be one of their most loyal supporters.

Not here to be a fan favorite of any book HedgeHog... and I'm sorry that you had issues at Heritage. We've all dealt with several books during the past 20 years. Heritage is consistent. You had an issue in which a confirmation never came because of the Bitcoin Network being clogged. Besides Bovada.... every book requires at least 1 confirmation. Once it's confirmed at Heritage.... bam... it's in your acct.

    5Dimes has inconsistencies with Bitcoin confirmations... sometimes it's 1.... sometimes it's 3.... and sometimes it's 5.

Bookmaker sometimes fukks you on conversion when asking for a PO.

BetOnline/LowVig sometimes screws you when depositing Bitcoin... never gives you the proper conversion.

Heritage doesn't do anything wrong.... they give you proper conversion when depositing.... quick payouts.... they do their best to earn your business. Honestly... don't know of any other book that tries to earn your business with overall consistency.

I have no clue on requesting a PO with a chk??? It's been years since I've tried.

Been doing business with Heritage since day 1.... don't recall them ever crediting your acct without a Bitcoin confirmation.

It's just like anything in life... you feel as though you got burned because of a Bitcoin deposit that didn't go through fast enough.... I got burned by books with shi#$y conversions with Bitcoin. Easily have lost $200+ lifetime. Are we going to get that money back? Nope. That's why we're going to give the business to books we feel comfortable with. Again, truly sorry to hear about the Bitcoin issue you had with Heritage.... we all hate losing money.

Agree that the new software is dogshit. The whole frames within frames experience is very 1990s. Generally a great book, but they need to make login sessions last longer than 15 min, fix the tiny frames issue, and restore the confirmation step to placing a wager. The extra 0.5 sec. is worth it to avoid an inevitable extra zero...

Out of curiosity, who sees lines that match SBR's Heritage feed? Mine are literally never the same, since prob. 6 mos. after opening my acct. 5 years ago. Wondering if they give anyone the feed lines, or if all are "custom"?

In my experience, no one is as consistently close to Blockchain prices (both in and out) as Heritage. And I am referring to price at time of send. @HedgeHog, has their ref. price policy changed within the last 3 mos.?

my deposit options to heritage is thru btc only . It takes long time to be credited to the account for me to bet-get less than what I sent them-missed out on the game I want to bet.N I dont think Heritage understand this problem. So I really havent play with them. Unless they fix this issue for me Im going to play elsewhere.

Not sure when their btc price policy changed from sent time to confirmation, because my previous experience had been like yours--amazingly consistent. That is until my last btc deposit about 6 weeks ago was significantly short. When I asked their CS about this, they informed me that they go by confirmation time. I assume this is a relatively new policy given the consistency of all my previous deposits.

I don't think anything has changed. Made a deposit about 10 days ago... and it was the current price 1st confirmation whatever blockchain said it was.

Sounds like a great reason to pay a very high miner fee to avoid delays getting the transaction confirmed.

Agree, but that doesn't always guarantee a quick confirmation. I'd rather deposit by book to book transfer to Heritage from now on. It comes with a 1x rollover, but at least I know I'll get what I send. Forcing their customers to take confirmation price is a needless risk IMO. All other A Books go by send price.

You are correct but its a good habit to get into (send using high fee) when depositing to Heritage (or any other book) via bitcoin.

1st confirmation price or price at time of send? Most books give you price at time of send.
