    Still no credit to my account... looking into starting with another company, but don’t know if bovada will cause problems for me there... I just want them to fix their crap.

    I wonder what the reasoning is behind this. Something is going on internal. I’m not starting new. Already got hosed by top bet for 50K. Now Bovada for 1800.00. Still no response from sports book review. Where are they out of? Now this happens with Bovada. Iowa has a sportbook starting by football.

    Nope trying to be patient and wait the 10 days but I am really irritated and annoyed by the situation. Taking me everything not to call them out on Twitter. I have 1800.00 in my account too. You are up over 20 days now right? After seeing things on Twitter I really wish I would of researched a little.

    No, it’s only been like 5 days I think, but still annoying as all hell because my bank is refuting literally everything they are saying. It just feels as if their customer service is either clueless, helpless, or both.

    Complaints are dealt with in the order they're received and are normally assigned only during regular business hours. The office isn't even open yet for the day but once your complaint has been designated to a Dispute Analyst they'll be in contact with you. You'll need to be patient though as it's not an automatic event and it'll depend on how many are before yours

    Still have heard nothing. Reading more and more into Bovada. Outcome is not looking good. My last deposit of 750.00 I have turned into 1800.00 then I was cut off. Trying to be as patient and cordial as possible. Really wish the problem would get resolved. Do not want to deposit anymore knowing the fact that anytime they could come back and say there is another back deal and disable my acct again. The entire situation is a bummer. Let me know if you have any updates.

    Man I know exactly what you are talking about, it’s like part of me just wants to pay them the money so I can get on with my account. However I know if I do that, then there is no way I am going to end up seeing that ********** ever credited back to my account. Why would this ever make me want to deposit more money into Bovada’s server if they still have some of my money? It’s just annoying because with all the money we have put into bovada.... and continue to put into bovada.... (they made a lot of money from me) that being loyal customers mean nothing to them. They could have st least allowed our accounts to stay open (since we are in good standings with them) until issue was resolved.

    I checked my bank account again today and still no charge back has been credited to my account. So I’m just about at that seven day period. Honestly, the only good news I have is to say that sports book review did contact me back regarding my email and said that they are going to try to help resolve the issue when they have a chance, which honestly has been the most helpful offer of assistance I have received thus far. When I call bovada they just act like everything is fine and dandy. No sense of urgency whatsoever. Thankfully I only had a couple hundred in my account at the time so with this -$529 ********** my account is only in the negative about $375.... however since I know I didn’t do anything wrong st all it is infuriating.

    just a heads up, Reddit has a subreddit called “r/sportsbook” that have a LOT of knowledgeable people there who May be able to help you... it’s a very active page with lots of viewers and posters.

    Hmm that’s strange. I have not even got a reply from Sportsbook review on my emails. Hmm how is it possible that we had the exact same amount get backcharged and on the same exact day. Maybe it’s the billing descriptor who is taking the money. Anyway I need this resolved. Mine was not a check. I could see a check getting retuned. Mine is from one of the most well known world wide banks. This has to be on Bovada end. My exact thoughts on being a good customer. I’m into Bovada for quite a bit of coin. Must be nice when you can just cut someone off and not give them a chance to win there money back. Or when they start to make a run just say nope your done. If my acct was super low I would just move on and wait for the whole process to play out but this is out of hand.

    Well, I contacted bovada today and they are insisting that I wait 10 business days and if for some treason it’s not in my account after the tenth business day I will just have to submit a copy of my Full Running statement to verify that I didn’t receive the ********** and they will reverse the account back to good standing. I mentioned that I have seen multiple people online saying the exact same thing....from the same date... he then reiterated that if indeed this is an error, they will make everything right, he just told me “please, I ask that you be patient and at least wait the 10 business day period”. He’s making it seem like after 10 BUSINESS days, this will be resolved. So I’m hopeful. The guy was nice and understanding (I actually have never had someone act like a duck or anything). He said he completely understood my frustration. I told him I’ve contacted everyone (my bank, V I S A, forums). Anyway, I guess I will just have to wait that 10th day.... I told him I’m getting a really bad feeling this won’t be resolved. He assured me it would be, and after 10 days if I don’t receive the credit, I’ll just have to send pictures and that will be it. So all I can hope for is that.

    Update:

    Got an email today saying they are reopening my account. I logged on to my account to find it short 1059.00 dollars. The amount of the two back charges. I have since emailed the guy who sent me the original email saying my account is reopened to see when the 1059.00 will be back in there. So I guess my issue is partially resolved. I will let you know his response.

    So, they reopened your account? What I wanna know is, did you ever receive the chrgebacks that they sent back to your account? And if not, why not? No ads said they sent the money back....

    also did you ever ever get the money sent back to your account from the money they removed?

    did you check your account log? It should show all incoming and outgoing fees, charges, deposits, withdrawals, bets (wins/losses)

    No they have not gave me the 1059.00 back yet. Said it could take up to 60 days. Then to send them a statement. If that’s the case I am done using Bovada.

    Dude.... what the hell? So how were they ever able to explain you not getting your money that they sent back for the **********? Remember? They said they sent your funds back to your account and it was gonna take 7-10 days.

    I have never had an issue with Bovada and they have always came through...knock on wood.

    I would stick to Bitcoin.

    Well they gave me back 785 but still have not gave me the charge backs. Said it could take up to 60 days. Still owe me 1059.00. Will not put anymore money in there until this issue is resolved.

    Issue resolved with Bovada

    Issue is finally resolved with Bovada. After multiple calls, emails, and sending multiple statements my funds have been refunded to my account. Took a lot of patients and time but it is resolved.
