worst customer service, casino is a scam. they do nothing to help you, every rep tells you a different thing. managers make up rules as they want and please. refuse to give me BJ hand history, everyone has a different story. funny thing is I had history emailed to me in january, now suddenly they dont have access to it. now they need to contact developer, but developer has notified them that they dont know when they will be contacting them back with hand history. thats just crap!! im still waiting from February to have the "developer" contact them. what a joke, these ppl can see your location, can track your IP address, can log into your account, can do all these things, yet cant get a hand hisotry? LIES. and that clown Franklyn, lol, work manager ever. dude makes up rules and lies like you wouldnt believe. he said that the rule states (by his manager) is that I can only request one hand to have it looked at and emailed. LOL, one hand. so If i play 17 hands, and lose 15 which happens all the time, im only allowed to request one of the seventeen hands to view. as per his manager. ONE HAND!!!!!!!!! how shady is that. you request payout, they go into your account and rig the casino. it happens all the time. yes you lose regardless but when you get a payout you lose quicker and uglier. ill be playing and suddenly get logged out of my account, I have told them to look into why I get logged out randomly and always seem to lose, Franklyn got defensinve and turned blame to me, that i was accusing them. I told him most ppl would be interested in knowing whats going on, but you could care less. I had my account closed, and what do you know? i was immediately logged out. so for me to randomly get logged out in between bj sessions woulld have likely occured due to someone from gtbets going into my account and tampering with casino. STAY AWAY. every sportsbook i have ever played with has always sent a hand history, no questions asked. GTBETS however sent me one in January, and it suddenly its impossible to send now. They need to contact developer, lol. and in franklyns case I can only request ONE HAND TO BE SENT TO ME. the fact that they refuse to send me a hand history shows that they are in on the scam. I mean if i lost 45 of 48 hands i wouldnt want to send a hand history either. dealer gets 20 repeatedly. you bet big, and game lags randomly. you get 16s repeatedly. double down lol, you will bust with a 12 every time, but get a 11 and you will get small cards all day long. good sportsbook, have always paid and pay very fast. however customer service is awful, rude, and can never assist with anything. impossible to speak to someone in charge, and when you do they assist w nothing. casino is a joke, rigged as can be expected. you get a payout, you will lose it all back on the bj table. refuse to give BJ hand history, ive heard every excuse possible from them on why they cant and dont have access to it, LIES! ive had history emailed to me before, it suddenly stopped. i guess they dont want evidence showing the 48 of 50 hands you lost and the 25 BJs dealer got, and the 10 21s dealer caught. STAY AWAY

Played at GTBets a few years after they changed from VIP. Sharp decline. They used to use Real Time Gaming casino software, then went to another brand I forget the name but it was reputable too. Last time I checked they had a mix of what appeared to be homegrown software and maybe BetSoft? I seriously doubt you’ll ever get a hand history from BetSoft if that is what you were playing.
