Keep away from Wcasino - They confiscated €12,000 and closed my account

"The account was closed, due to irregularities in sports betting, advantageous and dishonest bets, the last withdrawal will be processed and no more"
I asked them if they can specify what they mean by that but they didn't answer.

I've been using this site since November 2018. I placed 196 bets, lost 108, won 75 and 13 bets were voided/refunded. I've made 13 successful withdrawals à 500 EUR which is the maximum amount you can withdraw per one transaction. Didn't take a single bonus.

Keep away from this site. Seems like they are broke.

No surprise. They even host fake casino games like the other scammers, Dobrobet.

''Feb 2018 - Wcasino is placed on our warning list as they are hosting fake games from Novomatic and Aristocrat. We contacted them as soon as we discovered this, the games were removed from the .net domain but still remain on .com when checking again 13 April 2018, these feature in the gold slots" and "silver slots" tabs. Please proceed with caution if you play at this casino.''

With 75 W / 108 L hit rate, the majority of your bets were most likely big value dogs of +160 and higher, correct?

In that case consider yourself lucky, that such a soft sportsbook actually allowed you to place so many value bets and withdraw a solid part of your winnings.

However, the reason they stated to confiscate the remaining, is totally unjustifiable.

Apart from this ridiculous "excuse" it's not even true that I only bet on lower level leagues. I also bet on major competitions like Bundesliga, EPL, UEFA CL etc. and I have proof for that.

dear WcasinoOnline, then why do they offer such odds and such low tournaments? and what if LonnieLCB lost all his "fraudulent" bets...would you have refunded his deposits?

That sounds like some serious fraud on the part of the casino.
Aside from the fact that I've never heard of this casino, as a punter you have not done anything wrong in this scenario.

Dear LonnieLCB, First, this Forum is about Casino, and your account was closed for fraudulent sport betting, that mean that this forum can't understand very well the reason
That forum, and everyone else might understand better if you can come up with a valid reason for the account closure. Something that makes sense. Looks like you have something to hide.

Nevertheless, your account was closed because you have a fraudulent behavior, making bet only in low tournaments where you know that edge on your side, and made bet only in matches where you found odds to be higher than on competition's offer. That behavior is forbidden in Sport-books sites. Best Regards Wcasino NET Support
Is that really forbidden? I've never seen something like that mentioned on the terms of any sports book. And how do you know the player had that 'edge on their side'?

This letter from our near future seems to come to all successful players. Looks like "a happy bookmaker's dream". With these rules, you will never get your money. Maybe Wcasino security department take any drugs and see the future?

I just won "too much" and they can't handle the payout, that's all

No, it's not. That would be ridiculous. And no, it's not even mentioned in their ToS that it's forbidden.

The support person probably wrote that post in a hurry, and didn't really stop to think how laughable that excuse was. Usually they at least try to hide their true intentions, and wish the player 'good luck with bets' etc., but this guy clearly says that it's forbidden to place bets with good odds.

If their odds are higher than the competition why don't they just lower the damn odds? If a user can grab the odds faster than the book can lower them then it's their own fault for being so damn slow, how hard can it be to sync with pinny or 365 odds?

In fact, they do not even have a good payout percentage. Many odds are BELOW market average

The ones who can't help themselves but say "you should not use crappy books" every single time you post a useful thread like this are really just saying "we have no clue what you do".

Ignore them and keep doing what you do and sharing this sort of info please.

At least you managed to get a lot more than you deposited, but why did you keep this much in the account? You are taking on a lot of risk by keeping large amounts in these sketchy bookmakers because the chance of losing your full balance is not minimal

When I made the withdrawal request my balance was around 3k. Before I made a couple of successful withdrawals when my balance was significantly higher. The last withdrawal was already pending for 2-3 weeks and I was mentally prepared on what could follow and just gambled a bit further and was lucky to win. Didn't expect to end up with 5 figures to be honest.

Besides there is a guy at AskGamblers who reported a withdrawal delay of 3 months. He was owed €14,337 but received all of his money after 3 months. I had a little hope that they would handle my case the same way. They paid me 16 times before and there was not one scam report so far. So, was it really that clear that they would confiscate my funds? There are a lot of books most people never ever heard of and which you certainly would call sketchy, too, but some of them pay out high 4 or even 5 figures without any concerns. In the hindsight it's easy to call a book sketchy or an obvious scam or whatever.
