So I've been a member of 5dimes for probably 15 years, deposited a ton of money -sadly far more than I have even withdrawn.

I typically deposit with CC but have also used BTC at times.

I hit the run of my life and got up quite a bit of money and tried to get a BTC payout.

The first request: declined because I requested too much for a non-exclusive BTC member.

The second: declined because there are not any BTC payouts "available."

The third" declined because they supposedly removed the BTC option from my account when I last withdrew via BTC a year ago.

They claim they contacted me to say they if I did not become a BTC exclusive member, and because I did not respond (they keep saying this as if they're offended personally that I did not get their message) I can never get another BTC payout until my account is zeroed out and I make several BTC deposits. But the only way to clear it out, of course, is to LOSE the money or get bit by but via their other payout methods. I'm not having my bank flag an international wire or a check (3k maximum) or getting some rinky diink $450 ** payout.

In short, they are completely penetrating over a longtime member who has spent a ton of money there, obviously because I got on a roll and they want to make it hard for me to get paid. They claim it's because I'm a BTC "abuser," because my lifetime BTC payouts are higher than my BTC deposits (I usually use CC). I can see that if I was depositing via CC all the time and then getting BTC payouts, but I haven't gotten one in a year.

All of this after the typical runaround of requests, confirmations, phone calls and paperwork.

This is disgraceful business. Every other A rated book just pays the damn BTC They should not be rated an A book.

I have spent hours on chat and the phone with the supervisors trying to get them to do the right thing and they are simply refusing.

I've never had a worse time with a sportsbook. It's a shame, because their interface is the best, but this scammy shit should be beneath them.

Sorry you broke 5Dimes' unwritten rule: cc deposits are for losers only. If you plan on winning, you gotta deposit with BTC. Or, better yet, don't play at a place whose owner was kidnapped and murdered (or perhaps remains missing?); it's just a little too sketchy and risky.

the rules don't always make sense - but they write the rules and if you want to play there you follow them. this goes for every single book. 5dimes is rated 1st in the Posters' Poll for a reason.

pretty sure they still do bank wires. and that has a flat fee.

Download an app like Revolut, make an account and upload a small amount of money and then wait for them to send you a card.

Then upload a small amount into your 5Dimes account using the Revolut card and then try to make a withdraw back to that account.
This way you wont have to worry about giving out your bank details to the bookmaker and also you wont have to worry about your bank flagging the transaction.

Cant hurt to try right, or am I wrong?

Pay the fees and take check or wire payouts. It sucks but that's all you can do. Your bank won't flag you. It's nothing to worry about.

5dimes is not a bank or a currency exchange.

If you want BTC, deposit BTC. Their requirements for becoming BTC exclusive are minimal and very easy to qualify for.

I wouldnt cater to players depositing CC and wanting BTC either.

I am in same boat, have been there for a long time and still they don’t care. So much easier at bovada to withdraw or any other site.

They should never be A+ due to the withdrawal problems it’s causing for many of its customers.

And yet, SBR gives them A+.

been playing there many years. way up on them. no deposit in years. no limits lowered(lowered limits at other books over the years). no withdrawal problems. couple minor problems corrected to my satisfaction in all those years. they deserve the rating they have. most people think Bookmaker is a great book. I don't. different strokes.

They arrive within 3-4 days of submission and clear 24 hrs after deposit. Never an issue. Ever. And these checks arent small sums. Play fair with this book and they'll play fair with you. Dont try to scrape lines, dont try to take advantage of bad lines, dont try to take advantage of bonuses etc. Be a decent and honorable person and they'll treat you accordingly. This is my experience.

I agree wholeheartedly. I've received several FedEx checks, more than several MoneyGrams, and one bitcoin payout for $2,000. Never an issue. The only time I had delays was when I didn't get my payout verification info to them quickly enough on my free payout day.
