If my passport completely has satisfied the office the statement from bank in contrary does not arrange. However it consists my name and my address very exactly (screen:******). The office does not name the reasons of it and does not answer at all.
They ask the receipt on payment of utilities. But I have no possibility to show it because I am not the responsible owner of apartments.
The bank statement is accepted by confirming the address absolutely among all payment systems, pokerooms, bookmaker offices.
