    A book can cancel a transfer at Ecopayz. Did you see that before at other eWallets?

    Never seen that in 8 years of betting. Money has been transferred on Feb 26 and a day later this scam book cancelled the payment. Still waiting for a statement of Ecopayz.

    I agree. I have just spent 5 mins searching for a thread on here where one of the big UK bookies froze a players account for investigation and also asked Skrill to confiscate any funds they held. Which was around 45K from memory. And was not all from the book. Maybe around 2014.

    The others have been complaints where skrill has reversed "over payments" due to a bet being re-valued late and the player withdrawing before the book realized.

    Ive never experience this before, i mean how is this even possible? What if you already used that "money", lets say deposited it and placed a bet via another book (lost it too) & your ecopayz bal is zero, what then? before the "cancellation" there was a time frame... (negative balance & you would have to deposit/reload)

    and also they had to refund you since they only accept Turkish users no? So why cancel it... something doesnt add up here...
    So seriously your only chance to withdraw your initial depo was the 5 min CS gave you?

    This is terrible.

    If I were you, I would demand from EP to give the money back as you wouldn't be in position to request a withdrawal from the Book if you had insufficient funds and someone in their office had to approve that. I am shocked, to say the least. Did the Book even contact you prior to that action or they just decided to take the funds away?

    Neither did Ecopayz inform me nor did the book

    @Alfie: Ecopayz gives a shit about disputes between books and customers. They always say "please contact the merchant directly". And if you want to complain about Ecopayz which I did before ( https://www.sportsbookreview.com/for...l#post28182809 ) then FCA will say "you are not a customer of FCA, thus you are not eligible to make a complaint"

    @Vyasports: no idea, it's part of betting. almost 300

    BTW, this seems to be an exclusive option for merchants. A customer CAN NOT cancel a transfer. I asked Ecopayz what the deadline for a cancellation is and will update the thread

    I would pack my shit up and leave ecoPayz, with so many cheap EMI banking solutions, there is no point to even consider using Paysafe/ecoPayz. At least bank transfer cannot be reversed just like that.

    Yup, ewallets should be avoided if at all possible. They all are in bed with their merchants, share info, reverse transactions, put blocks on your account etc

    Scummy scammy behaviour which is unethical but the regulator in the UK does F all about it.

    Sorry for hijacking this thread. Just started with sportsbetting a few weeks ago and mostly used bank or CC, but eWallets seems to be the way easier option, but after reading this here I am not sure anymore. I you don't mind I have a few questions. Hope that's okay?!

    - any recommendation what eWallet would be the best? Looks like Neteller, Skrill and Ecopayz are the leaders and only real ewallet options?
    - read a lot about affiliates and found 2 bigger ones. Not sure if I am allowed to name them here? A Russian one and a German one. The German one seems to have some really good reputation. Guess it's an important factor and can bring some more money by using their bonus thing?

    Thanks a lot in advance for any help. You can find lots of information on the web, but really hard to know how good the quality of those information is.

    Depends on many things. Which books do you use? Which payment methods are available?

    Neteller and Skrill are actually pretty solid but they are expensive and their CS has become really worse throughout the years. Moreover they stopped collaboration with many books, so more and more books only offer Ecopayz instead of Neteller and Skrill.
    Bitcoin is another option you should consider. Not very hard to learn and easy to master.
