    Betcruise has verified my account, but don't pay withdrawal, and I cant place bets

    Hello everyone, I'm a new registered user from Italy.
    Betcruise checked my documents on February 17, but has not yet credited my SKRILL account the withdrawal I requested on 10 february.
    In addition, from 20 February I can not bet anymore because I receive an "Invalid Promo Code" message and the bet is not accepted.
    So I can not even try to lose my money that I still have in the balance by continuing to bet.
    Although it is clear that they are not going to pay, I do not understand why they prevent me from betting.

    Has anyone else happened?

    However I sent a complaint file from https://www.sportsbookreview.com/sportsbook-complaint/ on 25/02/2019 and I forwarded all correspondence sent and received by Betcruise to help@sportsbookreview.com .

    I hope to be able to recover my money, or at least that Betcruise allows me to start betting again.

    We have quite a few people waiting for payouts from them. They have been very slow in paying since last November.

    Hopefully SBR contacting them for you will get them speaking directly to you again.

    They don't care if I want to lose my money by betting, because obviously they have already decided never to return it to me.

    I think your conclusion is right. It is a bit weird that even if they don't pay you they don't let you even bet.
    Many many are waiting for their money, I have been waiting for months and I have now accepted that they will not pay.
    I think most bettors should forget their money and be more careful in the future.


    Optional banned me for one month for lying and trolling even that I have not lied one single time in Betcruise threads (that ban was changed when I mailed to reasonable persons at SBR to one day, which indeed is no big thing but still bit odd), and I admit that I yet can't prove the last sentence above, it will be proved in the future so maybe Optional bans me again.

    Well that would make sense if we would not know that there is little to do, books with the same behaivour just like Betcruise, suddenly have vanished and paid nothing to anyone, sadly. without consequences.

    Most likely absolutely nothing happens. That has for a long time been one of the problems. They do not answer or react to any mails.

    No news and no money from Betcruise.
    A moderator's response to another forum user said that the best way to get an accurate update on his case is to email the dispute analyst looking after him.
    When I made my complaint I only
    received an email from help@sportsbookreview.com that summarized what I had written in the complaint and nothing else.
    I don't know who is my dispute analyst.
    Is there something wrong with my complaint?

    Were you able to bet while waiting for payment of the withdrawal?

    Have you recovered all your money?

    Yes, I could bet, but it was very limited.
    I had my small four-digit payout last summer.
    Had waited about 5 months for the payment and had previously done everything possible to get my money.
    But if they are actually broke, it looks bad.

    Check Betcruise threads (also other than this) to see about big problems many have with Betcruise. I have written rather much in them and in my opinion only right and true things despite of what is said about my writings. Some weeks ago I wrote that the only thing that works at Betcruise is the deposit button and that is pretty much how things still are.
    I dont bother to comment anything else about Betcruise, only hope that people read about them before start using so you have the right expectations (=deposit and never see your money again)

    choose something, possibly broke, unwilling to pay, eventually offline, but all has the same result.

    Don't you think that in your case, they managed to pay you after 5 months with the casino earnings?
    We all know that the casino is a safe source of income for the manager, it is a mathematical question.
    This could explain why they were limiting your maximum bets, and now they are preventing me from betting.

    A month has passed since the verification of the documents and I have had no news either from BetCruise or from the SBR controversy analyst.
    I have not received any payment.
    The site is still online and seems to be operational, but not for me, in fact I still cannot bet, and live chat doesn't work.

    I have waited months for my withdrawal just like many others. The situation is the same for me; no live chat and I cannot bet. Someone else writing here was in the same situation also. Can anybody bet and use livechat?
    Of course livechat have been totally rubbish for months and betting does not help when they do not pay you. Depositing works excellent though.

    I logged in to my betcruise account now and saw that they eliminated the five internal emails I sent to inquire about my withdrawal and the fact that I couldn't place bets.
    Since I sent them on different days I don't think it's an automatic procedure, so it was done deliberately.
    Now I can't do anything else but send another email to ask about this, as well as everything else, pointing out that if they checked my account to delete the messages, they could also reply.

    Totally misleading that there was a couple of complaints in july 2018. Maybe that text should be updated, I understand that the rating will not ever change as it has not changed already.
    For a potential new customer everything seems at least ok, it appears nowhere that the only working thing for months at Betscruise has been the deposit button.

    Not every complaint has a news article written about it or we'd have to hire a staff of 10 to write news articles all day long. A C book is defined as "a decent book with some potential risk to players funds involved" which is exactly what this is at the moment hence why we advise you play at a book rated B+ or better. If you feel like they may warrant a rating change you're more than welcome to write in to the email address in my avatar and the team involved with that will take a look I'm sure

    Just make it like AskGamblers. Every complaint is being reviewed. As soon if they have been approved they are getting published on their site. So everyone is able to get a good feeling for how a book is acting lately. How many complaints? Complaints of which kind? etc.

    BTW I'm not saying you necessarily have to compose an article for EVERY complaint. It's just that there is not a single article since July 2018 but we have like 30+ slow-pay/no-pay complaints since then plus a customer support that does not answer any emails plus disappearing withdrawals plus 100 more warning signs. You actually ignored all of these facts since you did not mention one word about it on your website, let alone rate the book to D+ or F. I'm not sure what you are waiting for. Even Optional mentioned in a previous post which has been deleted for whatever reason that the book will be downgraded soon. Nothing happened though.
