I played by 18bet since one year and I made some withdrawls there.

At the beginning of February, 18bet sent me a reload bonus by e-mail. I perceived this and implemented it. After I requested a withdrawal, my account was reset. This means I got my deposit + bonus back. 18bet accuses me of typing on NHL games. At 18bet, all games that are not bonuses are excluded from the bets. It would be fair if the NHL games do not then rollover, but my profits remain. Now 18bet has stolen 1800 € from my account.And now I should implement the bonus again? Insane! In there bonus terms stand, that the rules are fair, but this rules are not fair! I hope someone can help me.

Terms and Conditions:

1. This is a private sports promotion which is offered to limited number of 18Bet customers. Please refer to your email offer for the specific promotion period.

2. Eligible accounts will be credited with bonus on top of their deposited amount instantly upon entering the bonus code for this promotion. Please refer to your email offer for the bonus code and amount.

3. Players, who fail to enter the specific bonus code along with their deposit on the deposit page, cannot receive the bonus after the deposit has been successfully processed. Coupon code could not be activated later than the deadline specified in the private email offer (if any).

4. The minimum deposit eligible for participating in this promotion is 50€ (or equivalent to EUR). The maximum bonus amount that a player can receive is 200€ (or equivalent to EUR). The minimum bonus amount a player can receive is 25€ (or equivalent to EUR).

5. In order to cash out the bonus and the winnings accumulated, players will need to rollover both the amount of their deposit and bonus amount 13 times. Left-over roll-over is displayed on the “Campaigns” page.

8. Combo bets count towards this bonus as long as the odds for each of the selections in the combo are minimum 1.80 (decimal).

9. Void, tie (refunded) or cancelled bets, will not be counted towards the rollover requirements for the bonus.

10. For any bet placed, funds are deducted from the player's real balance. If there is no available real balance, the wager is deducted from the bonus balance. Winnings are returned to the real balance only if the wager has been placed from the real balance.

11. As long as a player has an active bonus campaign, they cannot open a withdrawal request. Activated bonus will expire within 28 days of its activation.

12. The rollover should be met within 28 days or the entire bonus balance will be automatically voided.

13. In cases where the customer chooses to leave the bonus campaign using the “Leave” button under “Campaigns” section, prior to meeting the rollover required, all bonus money will be forfeited.

14. Customers can only have one active bonus at any time. To claim another one, the current bonus should be closed or completed first.


15. Registration and participation is allowed only once per person, family, household address, email address, payment account number, IP address and shared computer, i.e. Public library or workplace. Bonus will be refused to players who do not comply with this term and multiple accounts will be closed (Please, refer to General Terms and Conditions – Duplicated accounts policy). 16. 18Bet reserves the right to review customers' betting and financial activity. 16.1. Bonus manipulation is considered but is not limited to:

- Multiple bets placed on the same outcome of the same event
- Bets placed on the opposite sides with the same outcome of the same event
- Bets on any NHL markets
- Bets on NBA markets that include: ""Two way first to score"", ""Two way last to score"", ""Team highest scoring quarter"", ""Two way race to"".
- Increasing the balance then changing the gaming pattern significantly (bet, game type, bet structure, etc.) in order to complete the wagering requirements for the bonus.


17. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the terms and conditions, as 18Bet reserves the right to change these conditions at any time.

18. Only customers who received this bonus offer via mail are eligible for it. 18Bet reserves the right to reclaim the bonus or cancel this promotion to any customer or group of customers, according to its judicial opinion.

19. Players can only have one active casino or sports bonus at a time. In order to claim another bonus, the currently activated bonus must be completed or closed first. Otherwise, all previous bonus money will be revoked.
