    Select Italy in the left column of the SBR ratings list and it will give you a list of books thought to still accept Italian players

    Easysportbet gives a bonus (cash back) every week, they accept Italians (at least I see the country in the sign up form).

    there is a williamhill.it and i think there is also a betfair.it. If you don't like those then the agents are the best and they pay quickly
