Sadly, there is probably a line in their terms and conditions, allowing them to void bets when "odds are obviously wrong bla blah", or maybe you checked this already?

It's a disgrace they would void a bet if it was not a fix. Actually they may very well think it was fixed without trying to get more information on why the lines moved so hard.

I totally agree. These Russian friendlies played in Cyprus are rigged as F but in this case the moves had a reason and neither the course of the play nor the live moves were suspicious at all. Moreover it's an official competition under the umbrella of FNL. So actually it's a competitive game, not a friendly (although this tourney has the character of a friendly competition)

Obviously all other books paid fine and Zencasino odds were same as marekt odds etc. According to Zencasino, it was voided from betconstruct and not by them. Did Wcasino told you why they voided your bets? Was them or betconstruct that voided bets?

No, not yet. Live chat said that the support needs 24 to 48 hours to review the case. Still waiting for an answer.

Wcasino has nothing to do with BetConstruct as far as I know. It's an independent software, maybe even their own software.

I'm not surprised. Poor customer service seems to be the norm these days. Maybe that Barbara really don't know more than that. It's possible. I have had to send a screenshot of a bookmaker's own promo to the live chat support in order to receive a freebet or some other prize they were offering. As if they don't even know about their own promos at some places..

Odds were alright. I placed my bets when home win was 2.00 and the next day the starting odds at both b365 and Singbet were 2.40. Then dropped to 1.2x

Wcasino finally decided to regrade the bets but instead of crediting the correct amount, 1,575 EUR, to my account they only credited 362.50 EUR. When I asked them how they calculated that amount they couldn't explain. And they still can't really explain why they actually voided the bets...
