5 dimes slow payout
Sbr rates 5 dimes an a+ sportsbook. They told me monday via live chat that they didn't have enough money to make a measly $500 payout. I told them I'm closing my acct because they either give out my info to handicapping services or call me themselves acting as tout services. I feel convinced because the called told me the exact amount i tend to wager and the tours explain to me that 5dimes gives them my phone when i ask how they got my number.

on Mondays the payouts are free, so (due to more withdrawal request than usual) it may not be the best day if you need your money quickly indeed.
payouts are free 1 day of the week for everyone. you can change the day,maybe only once.

I just received a max BTC payout from 5Dimes that I requested Monday evening, less than 48 hours. 48 hours isn't fast for bitcoin, should be 24 hours max but I wont complain.
Did you request the withdrawal through the cashier? Post the transcript of the chat, something sounds off. I dont doubt what support said, you never know what youre going to get when you go in there.
Might have been a combo of Monday being the day after the Super Bowl
along with being the free pay out day for a lot of customers. Probaly just
got crazy busy for them on Monday.
I requested a $2k BTC payout last night, they called me today to confirm. I have no doubt they'll pay (usually within 48 hours), they have for 18+ years for me. 5dimes & Heritage are phenomenal, I am always puzzled why so many try these C (or worse) rated books.
5Dimes has THE most irregular pay patterns I have ever experienced sometimes I get it within 24hrs other times its 2-3 days but they always come through its just when
I have always found 5Dimes, Heritage, and Bookmaker to be the quickest on payouts.
I never request a payout from 5dimes when BTC is fluctuating for obvious reasons. Bookmaker is my favourite all round, usually 2hrs
5dimes has been 24 hours for me lately on XXXX BTC payouts. No issues. Seems like the higher amounts they do the phone verification.
