Bookmaker has been one of my favorite sites for a while, yet lately they are having a lot of issues....just wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same:

- received a withdrawal a few weeks ago (via check) and deposited it without incident only to have it REVERSED by my bank 2 weeks later due to it being rejected by the issuing bank; all documentation sent to BKMR over a week ago yet they still have yet to remediate the issue - they say they are 'reviewing with their processor.' While it's great they can send checks within 1-2 days, it doesn't do a heck of a lot of good if they bounce.

- Casino tournaments: unable to log on to the casino tournaments successfully on a consistent basis; cost me $250 a few weeks back as I was unable to finish playing the required number of hands on a BJ tournament where I had a good score. They don't have a clue as to why this occurs - currently happening again as of this morning

- Rollovers not reset: After a deposit was lost in its entirety, the rollover number that is reported for my username did not reset. Additional deposit placed, and that particular deposit's rollover amount was added to the previous one. Live chatted with a rep on Saturday night - they said it'd be reviewed and corrected in an hour. 12 hours later - still incorrect

If this type of customer service and technology equates to an A+ rating on this review site, I wonder how lousy the "D" or "F" rated sites are....speaking of which, I also use Oddsmaker (TERRIBLE rating on here) and have never had any issues such as this during the last 15 years.

Processing issues are not fun but they do occur a small percentage of time with certain withdrawal methods, partially why bitcoin has been a popular option for players. Please write in with your account ID and we can ask management to review and provide an ETA for you.

I understand the issues do occur from time to time especially w/ non-BITCOIN methods, yet the lack of urgency and communication from Bookmaker is surprising to me, especially when all of the supporting documentation has been in their possession for a while.
