    Betzest does not pay

    Hello, I have the following issue with Betzest.

    I registered there 2 months ago and till now I have deposited over 5000 euros. 10 days ago I processed my first withdrawal after my account was verified. The maximum amount per withdrawal is 1000 euros. So I requested the withdrawal and I am waiting 10 days already. First, they told me that withdrawals take up to 3 business days, then they had "technical problems" ... Well, these technical problems were 5 days ago. I dont believe that.

    They do not response to my emails.

    I called my lawyer Friday...Should I go to police or ...what to do...

    I had the same problem. But shortly after I complained to ask gamblers, they sent the money.

    Google "betzest askgamblers" and submit complaint on their website.

    Maybe, but you don't have to mention sportsbook in your complaint. My complaint was also with sports side. Never played any casino games.

    Update: They paid me 1000 euros on 6th of December. After that I requested a new withdrawal of 1000 euros. And I am still not paid. Be careful with these guys

    Still waiting 2000 euros. Be careful with these guys. They had "technical problems" November and December, then I received a call that withdrawals will be normal. Now their live support says these guys celebrate 2 New Years and 2 Christmas. Many holiday days and they rest, so they cannot make withdrawaks

    Funny thing is that they still keep sending me new reload offers every two days. Just received the latest yesterday.

    So, I guess that means they're resting when someone asks for their money, but working if someone wants to make a deposit (they always manually add the bonus)

    The truth is that I am waiting my withdrawals from 23RD OF NOVEMBER. I received two withdrawals ( maximum withdrawal via Neteller is 1000 euros), my third withdrawal was cancelled without reason and I am still waiting 2030 euros.

    I'm glad you got your money! Somehow I get the feeling that they're honest, but there are still too many unresolved complaints on the askgamblers website.

    I am waiting withdrawal since 11th January. Last update on 25th January: "We currently have some technical errors with Skrill payments, we will resolve it soon, you will have your money soon."

    What that means is, at the moment, they don't have enough money in their skrill account. You have to wait until enough people have made a deposit with skrill.

    They're working hard though. I keep getting new reload offers almost every day, so I'm pretty sure you will have your money soon

    Update: Still waiting withdrawal since 11th January. Now they said that they have global technical payment problems for all payment method. Looks like they have very poor financial situation!

    I don't think we have received any complaint forms recently, so I'd guess these guys have been paid.

    It looks like 2 or 3 weeks is kind of par for the course here.

    This is my problem with them, I was wondering if anybody had something similar.
    I sent complaints to SBR, and also forwarded conversation, but I got no respond.

    I registered there couple of months ago, and played without any restriction or limits, while loosing maybe around 200-250 euro in that period. Than one day, when I tried to acces to website, I found message all over my screen that my country is forbiden from betting there, and I can't even log in into my account. I had 104 euro left on my balance. It was real balance, not bonus or something like that.I wrote and they reply that they will give my money back and to log in to request withdrawal. The only problem was I couldn't log in!? Then after few days they allowed me to log in and to request, but they rejected withdrawal because I didn't verify my account. After I sent all they asked, they told me I can not have different e-mails for betzest account and neteller account!?After few days of convincing they changed my betzest e-mail to match the one from neteller.Then again they restricted my acces based on country so I couldn't acces once more.Then they finally allowed me to enter and request withdrawal, and told me that now everything is fine and to wait 0-3 days and I will receive money.That was 7 days ago, and nothing.
    Stupid e-mails ''as soon as we have updates'' we'll let you know'' are all I have from them for now.

    Any ideas?
