Definitely on the side of the player here. Book has right to lower limits but they have changed what they are offering the player and should allow the player to pull his funds out as they are no longer offering what they were when he deposited.

I understand setting rollover requirements. I understand limiting players. I understand limiting on smaller sports. All that said there's no justification for a rollover that requires more than 100 max-stake bets on major sports. If limits are reduced then rollover requirements should also be reduced. Frankly the book ought to be offering limited players a quick out rather than wasting everyone's time.

I'm not going to argue the C- rating. I have no experience with the book but plenty of people have said the D+ rating was too low. C- is NOT a positive rating or an SBR recommendation.

SBR was right with the poor rating like usual

Add me to list of customers they are not paying. I filed a complaint with SBR today. They lowered my limits to $50 after I made a 4k deposit. I now have a cash balance and a bonus balance. Today I tried to make a withdrawal from my cash balance, which is totally unrelated to my bonus account. They refused to pay, making all kinds of weird allegations, saying I'm using a proxy, VPN, and disguising my IP. I've been a customer there with the same account number for over 15 years until a few days ago.

if you haven't met the rollover on the bonus balance, then you can't withdraw from the cash balance yet.

otherwise you could take a bonus, and withdraw your cash right back

Another update- after betting through approximately $45,000 of the $238,000 in rollover, my account has been reduced to $50 betting limits. I also have still not heard back from SBR about the complaint I filed.

    That's no longer reasonable.

Would you please reply to confirmation email you should have received and say your limits have now been slashed by 90% again?

I filed a complaint with SBR a few days ago. Used the complaint form and also sent email. I should have approximately 5k in my cash account and 10K in my bonus account. My bonus account has disappeared, and my cash balance is still there and was never a part of my bonus balance. They have always been separate so there should be no restrictions on my cash balance. But when trying to make a withdrawal on my cash balance they made all kinds of wild and unsupported accusations. As mentioned previously, I've had an account there for over 15 years...never a problem until now.

They do keep the cash and bonus accounts separate but that doesn't mean you can cash out the cash balance before the rollovers complete. That would be pretty ridiculous if you could deposit, get a bonus and then withdrawal your cash balance immediately. I'm pretty sure that would put them out of business. Their bonus system is a little difficult to understand, but after talking with support several times about how it works I believe the total rollover for their bonuses is (deposit+bonus+winnings on 1x bonus amount) x whatever the rollover was for the bonus you took. Then if you complete this they convert the remaining bonus funds to cash and and you have to do a 1x rollover on whatever amount was converted.

So if I took a 30% bonus with 10x rollover and deposited 1k and got 300 in my bonus account then wagered the 300 in bonus funds and won 300 my initial rollover would be 16k. If I complete this rollover and have 1k in my bonus account after this would be converted to the cash balance and I would need to do an additional 1k rollover on this before I could withdraw. On the other hand if I lost the 300 in bonus funds on my initial wager then my rollover would be 13k and I would use the cash balance to complete this 13k rollover before I could withdraw. I've been with these guys a long time too and really wish they would simplify their system. Oh and another thing I was told by support is that the max you can win on any bonus is 25k so keep that in mind.

The latest version of DSI's bonus procedure has many many people confused.

However it worked before, separation of balances does not mean cash is free to use at will now.

If you deposit $500 and collect $250 bonus for it, surely you can understand that your cash balance is now tied up until the bonus conditions are completed. Whether they show two separate balances or not?

Can you please post the actual explanation DSI are giving you? We may be able to work it out an answer here from it.

As I stated above, there is no connection between my cash account and the bonus account. When I made my deposit it was credited to my bonus account. My deposit did not affect my cash balance. My entire deposit was credited to my bonus account. In other words, when I made my deposit an entirely new account with this deposit and bonus was created. Here is how it worked.

    Cash account 3k
    Deposit 5k
    Bonus $600

I believe you guys think it worked as if the deposit of 5k went to the cash account and the bonus went to the bonus account. THis is not what happened. The entire balance went to the bonus account and it has never had any relation to the existing cash account I had.

Now I had two accounts, my cash account remained at 3k. And my bonus account balance was $5600 (5k + $600 bonus). This is why a withdrawal from my cash account should not have any bearing on any deposit I made as it is totally unrelated. I certainly understand that I should not be able to make a withdrawal from my bonus account until a rollover is met.

Shortly after my deposit, my betting limits were reduced to $50. I made lots and lots of $50 wagers off my bonus account to meet the rollover and then was going to transfer my bonus balance once this threshold was met. A week ago I inquired if I was eligible to move the bonus balance into the cash balance. They advised I should make a cash transfer request. I made the request and the next day everything was in my cash balance as it should have been. Looked like a happy ending. But then the following day the bonus account was removed and I haven't seen it since. There explanation was I am not eligible for any bonuses. I then tried to make a withdrawal from my cash balance, and was told I cannot do this because I am hiding my IP address, using proxies or VPN. As mentioned previously, there is zero incentive for me to do anything like this with Betdsi, as I have been a customer there for 15 years without a problem.

Yet another update - When I tried to make bets tonight, it said my limits were $1. At this point they are just outright stealing $30,000 from me. I replied to my SBR complaint confirmation email last night, Optional. Should I reply again to further update this?

You're a bit confusing Mr Ed.

Would it be correct to paraphrase all that to say, there has been 10k removed from your account?

Or are you saying they not disputing that the 10k is still yours, but are refusing to pay out your 15k due the VPN accusation?

Wouldn't go that far, but their safety does concern me. This thread caught my attention so I requested most of money from them last week. Received a 4k btc payout in 2 days. I would advise others to reduce their exposure to DSI as football winds down.

Def not a scam book, but they are having issues. I've received multiple BTC payouts over the last few months with none taking longer than 48 hrs and all low to mid 4 figs. The most recent was this week.

Hey when you 2 people requested your btc payouts, did you do it online?

Did you have to also tell them your btc receiving address in a separate email?

They never even sent me a confirmation email, and now they are telling me I have to email them the btc address that I used on the payout screen when I requested the payout online a week ago!
Obviously I don't know the btc address that I used on the payout screen last week!

Yes, they always send a confirmation email and ask for the account, amount and wallet address. Same set up as 5dimes. I like the extra security so it doesn't bother me, but once it did go to my spam and I didn't realize for a couple of days so check your spam if you don't get it.

Yes. They send you a confirmation email, typically next day. Check your junk email because it can go there (learned that the hard way on my first payout request). You respond to the email with the amount you requested and the BTC address you used in your withdrawal request. Payment is fairly quick after that.

    Yes it was fairly quick..

I checked my spam from last week and they had never sent me a confirmation email even though they lied and said they did.

Look at btc chart where it started going up last week, if they had paid me last week then I would have made maybe 5% on btc.

But because of all this horseshit, look at the btc chart earlier today (on thurs around 7pm) they sent mine at a btc price of $3860, (and shorted me by about 3%) and then by the time I received it and got it onto my bit-pay card (2 to 3 hrs later) the price of btc had tanked down to $3347!!

LOL So instead of me maybe making 5% if I got it last week, instead I got 11% less today before I could get it onto my bit-pay card!

    Oh well.
