Everyone know that 1xbet are scammers. But what with 1bet ?!

I played with 1bet from more than 1 year. I also have account on 18bet. Previously I made some deposits and also withdrawals (Neteller / ********). I made also previously times verification process. Few days ago I tried to withdraw 500 Euro. First I got email to send selfie. I sended. Then they contact me via phone to verify myself. After 2 days I got email from them, that they think I have more than 1 account what is completly lie. I have only one account. They blocked my account and stole all money ! I heard also on facebook groups that more players from Poland get the same situation with 18bet. I have no problem with 18bet, but in 1bet. I had 800 Euro on my account.

They email:"Dear xxx,We are reaching you to inform you that our Anti-Fraud Department detected that your account has been created in violation of our Duplicated accounts policy. It has matching details with another 1Bet account.You may refer to the "Account and Personal Information" section in our Terms & Conditions:"3.4. A Customer may open only one account on the Website and with the Company. Any additional accounts that are opened may be closed by the Company, withholding or declining all payments or in other cases, all such accounts may be treated as one joint account and merged together by the Company, in either case at the Company's sole and absolute discretion. Do a sbr complaint 1bet are ok always paid me. You 100% sure you never opened another account ? As they will supply info to sbr when you make a complaint.

If you didn't then 1bet will pay so open a complaint and relax my friend

18bet has multiple people being slow paid right now.

Thye have not said as much, but it appears to be the same regions affected as other books with SafeCharge issue.

I'm asking because I am from a region that is allegedly affected with the SafeCharge issue. Payouts via Neteller still not delayed. They always pay within 24 hours. No matter which amount.

Sounds like my guess about the issue being connected is wrong.

Actually I have just double checked and I only have one case still open. Others have now been explained or resolved. And the one left open is about a "hacker".

I take that back about multiple slow pays.


EDIT: actually two open. Other one is a multi accounting allegation. 18bet haven't responded about that one for some reason.

They did. But there is no allegation of bonus abuse. Just IPs matching another account as the sole reason for confiscating about 5k euros.

Although it is against terms of service. Seeing screenshots from their internal player management system being used as justification for confiscations quite a few times now with no other wrong doing alleged.

I know you like them but they do smell a bit like a problem developing.

The thing is that I couldn't figure out yet what you have to do that you get booted or even get your money confiscated. But I agree, there are always two sides to every coin and apparently I do not know both sides.

I don't know either as yet. Just becoming wary is all. They could be 100% justified and just be bad at communicating it, thinking the IP match is all they need to discuss.
