    BetDSi Software Excuses Ripoff

Llogged into make this post and seen some others having issues as well. If deposit there and your rollover is met (online calculator each time a wager is made) you have a calculator that shows your status and has for 3 weeks now with the amount deposited.

All of the sudden in 3 different chat sessions they say check back Monday.
This morning contact was made and operator says "I do not know why it is not transferred to cash account because rollover is met" "That department will be in in a few hours."

Well this evening another chat is made and just so happen they can find all the chats except the one this morning and they say the software is messing up on the rollover calculator and since then have reset it to (their Choosing) and require $300 more be rolled over.

The software and log in with all different platforms is frustrating and can not wait to get away from this.
A friend of mine was awaiting his withdrawal for 3 days and decided to use funds on a quick prop bet in baseball so the minute he placed the wager he recieved email (not enough funds to make the withdrawal)! He can tell his own story but for now JUST BEWARE depositing unless you want headaches!

Lot of bad reports of late, bonus calculations, players getting locked out of their account, confiscation of balances.

Show me a big lay down and it always starts with the "small stuff".

What's the story on the split with CRIS for those of us not in the know?

Bookmaker established to take USA bettors, was it at that time BetDSI was shown the door?

Or were they still affiliated with CRIS long after Bookmaker hit the scene? I believe they were.

Sounds more like the big boys at CRIS said we don't want these people representing the brand and sent them on their way.....

    Anyone know for sure?

Thanks after they all the sudden lost the 6:35 a.m. chat where the operator clearly states the rollover is met, that raised a flag ASAP. All other chats were produced and of all the times not saving the transcript.

Im sure this may pan out and not being a basher but YES its headaches with them .

For your issue can you file a complaint so BetDSI can look at your rollover?

Thanks grey. Correct ...., I by all means just putting out a beware post ! I’m not in the business of bashing one or another but just like I post good with a book on this forum, I will post a heads up if needed. Moral of the story do not take the bonuses if you deposit. Once this is resolved will come back on here with update on the payout. If it is good then I will be first to say.

Another story this morning! After rolling over almost twice as much last night this morning chat told me the transfer is in process. Then comes back saying a casino bonus has now got to be fullfilled and that is not what i even took !
SBR im trying to submit the claim form but the Captcha wont let me finish and submit . i may have to do it from home computer instead of phone! This is an outrage and a perfect delay to getting funds ! Like anyone will even be there over the holidays to process it???

If you can't submit the complaint, write in to help@sportsbookreview.com with your account number.

good thing with their cash bonuses are that, if you win the bet, they credit you the win AND the risked amount as well, which no book does. Of course, no book also gives this much headache should you win. If you happen to win with the bonus, the funds are placed in a "bonus" account. You can wager from this account too but it doesnt earn betpoints. Also, if the bonus balance is high and your regular "cash" balance (initial deposit +/- wins losses that accrue) is low, you cant ask for a withdrawal from your bonus balance, even if withdrawal is complete. Once rollovers are complete, they are supposed to "convert" bonus balance to your regular cash balance so you can make a withdrawal ( did I lose you at hello yet?)
I waited 10 days for this to happen and they wouldnt convert it. After multiple emails and live chats, they said you cannot wager on anything or have any pending wagers, or the system will not convert bonus funds to cash. Helluva reason, hmmm...lets see you bet and they punish you for doing that. So basically you have to let your account be "idle" for a few days (very vague about exact time frame they were) after rollover is complete so any funds in bonus portion be converted to cash balance and you can only have 1 balance then. I was idle a few days this still didnt happen, so I dont even know if what they are saying is true. I finally lost my bonus balance (thank goodness) via cross-betting out opposing sides in another book on couple games, so still ahead from the bonuses even with the vig I had to eat. Of course this risk was a double-edged sword couldve doubled bonus balance at DSI and lose at the other book with easy/quick withdrawable money and then really be screwed but it worked out.
Needless to say, this book has lots of great positives (options of lines, 3 different sportsbook layouts, great cash bonus) but drawbacks are terrible too ( the payout runaround/hassle and bonus conversion nonsense, and their D+ grade here.)
You'd think they'd get their shit together to repair their tarnished reputation, but dont think they give a shit at this time.

Thanks for this thorough insight and that’s what I love about this place, all the helping hands. As of this morning the rep seemed more helpful by just saying “We need time”
I’m sure after the tons of correspondence from me they all have pop ups on the computer to alert it’s me again!!! Lol
Told me to check back this evening to see if the conversion to cash was made.
I will keep an update in this post all the way until the payout. They are offerring a bonus for a Turkey Day for $25 but I’m afraid to act on it until I get this fixed but that was generous as other books aren’t offerring that ! So it’s some good with the bad but I plan on opening at another book once this is over to go along with a few solids one I have.

I wouldn’t take that bonus- probably will lock you in for months. Wouldn’t even take the chance.

Bonus has been converted. I will update the status of payout in the payout section once it is initiated but thanks very much SBR for the little push to help get things rolling quicker.
Thanks Distroya to you as well for helping me keep my patience and knowing their methods.
Just wanted to update this thread.
