TIPBET scamming me of 1473 euros.

Hello, I am contacting you regarding an obvious unfair practice against me by the company tipbet and i hope you guys can help me since i can not come to an agreement with them. I got a birthday bonus from the operator tipbet.com that was 250% percent up to 250 euro in October. I got the terms and conditions of the bonus which stated no timeframe in maximum amount of days you have to wager it in. So i asked the chat to be just in case since there was nothing on it in the terms and condition of the bonus, and they say to me the terms states no timeframe beacuse there is no time limit on the birthday bonus and i have as much time as i want to wager it. Both in the specific terms of the bonus and in the general terms of bonuses it says NOTHING about some 30 days as they later will claim. That will come into play when they all of a sudden they implement new bonus terms on the 25th of november and dont honour the rules that was in play when i took the bonus, which would make it impossible for me to not lose my money according to them.

So i go ahead and start wager the bonus and on the 5th of december im finally done and end up with a balance of 1473 euros. I place a withdrawal request for the amount and then wait. After 3 days its still not processed so i ask the chat how it is going, they are gonna look into it and come back on email. On the 9th of december i get this email saying:

Dear Mr. xxxx,We hope this email finds you in great conditions. We are contacting you regarding your withdrawal request which was cancelled. We would like to inform you that as per our Terms and Conditions, you needed to have wagered your bonus and your deposit within 30 days. Therefore we have made a negative adjustment for the amount of €1.473.85 .

Which is obviously wrong since that was not the terms i signed up to when i took the bonus and i have proof of this! They changed the general terms and conditions of bonus of the 25th of november i have now seen, and thats where they started to implement the 30 day rule which would leave me NO chance at all to withdraw my funds since it had already been 32-33 days since i took the bonus. So they are now refering to paragraph 23 on their new general terms and conditions and say that they are right to confiscate my money since i breached the 30 day rule. Thats why im reaching out to you since this is clearly unfair and leaves the player totally screwed because they dont honour the terms I signed up to, to suddenly implement a max limit of 30 days when its already gone 32-33 days is and then confiscate the money when im done wagering because i have now breached their new terms is nothing but pure theft and leaves me in an impossible position. Is this something SBR can help me with?
