To cut a long story short, Im just a cricket fan and was looking forward to watching the India vs South Africa cricket match tonight which starts at 09:00 gmt time. So I decided to make a small bet on the game to make it more interesting. This was exactly 4 hours before the start time of the match. When I logged on the website it was already off the board. So decided to give them a call and see what was going on. When i did this I called all 4 numbers for 10 minutes all of the calls just kept ringing, over 15 rings on each call. I then got a little fed up and gave it a break for a while. 20 minutes I call back later and get a recording that prompts me to wait for the next agent. I do so, and 20 minutes later I actually get somebody on the phone. I asked why the match was off the board and this is the response I got. (ME) "why is the match already off the board if it is 3 hours away from the start time.
(THE GREEK AGENT) "Sorry but the match is off the board, the bookie we use took it off the board" (ME) " I ask bookie? (THE GREEK AGENT)" Yes they took it off the board we cannot help you" (ME) " I say ok why do you use a bookie, are you guys a sportsbook right? " (THE GREEK AGENT) "Yes we are but our bookie has taken it off the board, we cannot help you". I then hang up the phone and am confused how does a A+ book on SBR review not carry all their games on their own? Why do they use bookies? I mean they can set a max on the amount to bet if they wanted to. What are they scared about? This is beyond me, and seems they are very much over rated! Their customer service is awful. I once had to argue on the phone for 30 minutes to finally get my money back on a tennis match that did not finish 2 sets and they processed it as a loss. The rules clearly states that 2 full sets had to be completed. It is my understanding that their customer service sucks, and I dont see why they are an A+ BOOK. An A+ book should not have any faults. Bet Phoenix seems like a much better option and their only a B+?
