Unibet block my account and not refund to me!

    Hi all,
I feel very tired after no reply from Unibet since 9 Feb 2010. I hope to get help from SBR forum.

On 9 Feb 2010, I created another account and deposit EUR300 to unibet through moneybookers. The fund was went through immediate. But I realised there is no fund come into the account so I check with the online suppoert. They requested a copy of NRIC, billing address prove, Moneybooker account and transaction record. All docs send immediately to them
    .
At that moment, I realised that I can't create more than one account so I called the Unibet online support and tell them to close any of my account. The support replied they will investigate.

1 week later, they told me
"Unfortunately you have transgressed our rules and regulation with regards to creating multiple accounts and therefore we would not be able to keep you as a customer on our website."

I find this is ridiculous so I called to check the reason for block my account and my fund. They said the reason "cannot be told".

Since then, I am very disappointing over Unibet and ask them to refund EUR300. They said they didn't receive the money and all money have been return. I told them "No refund have been make to Moneybooker". They request again for the Moneybooker record and I send again.

Then unibet said the financial department will handle, since 17feb, there is no replied.

I had no choice then log complain at moneybooker. After a reply from moneybooker said they will contact unibet. there is no more news from both moneybboker and unibet.

I don't know what to do now. Kindly help me.

    No book likes multiple accounts.
But of course they have to give you back your money

    • Only bill for water, electricity, gas or a fixed telephone line is hereby approved.
    • An authority letter stating your address and name displayed clearly is also approved as: birth certificate from the Revenue
    • All four corners of the document should be visible

We wish you continued good weekend.

I called Unibet on this monday 1/3 to ask me withdraw over phone. But the attempt failed, so they ask me to deposit from my moneybooker to unibet again(i dunno why need to do this). I did it but again failed to deposit. After call for 1 hour oversea call, the problem still unable to resolve.
Next day 2/3, they asked me to email the bank account as they said will refund directly to my bank. Since then, there is no news. What a lousy customer service

    strange stuff in this thread.

unibet is honest book, though very recreational. some of the above posts (i'm sorry to say) are not authentic.

Agreed, lukahh. There's basically 2 things going on here: (1) a multi-accounter who apparently realised he shouldn't do that the second after he opened the second account (!), and (2) a poster spamming his own personal sportsbook review website.

Neither of these are strong evidence that there are any problems with using Unibet!

Seems to me that DIF character was an affiliate for Unibet and tried to sign up his mother, father, sister, hamster and imaginary children.
    Guess Unibet didn't like this.
