    Hey guys I’m writing because BetOnline closed my account after I won 11,955 on soccer through player props section for no reason.

    It all started from 2 tickets I sent to them to show them that they had graded them two tickets wrong I even had sent them three other websites showing the same player they had put for two shots,he actually got the three shot just like what I had put him for but they denied those two tickets valuing at over 4,300 dollars.

    Then they start to accuse me of playing on the same IP address as few other accounts holders.accusations because the person who introduce me to the site actually introduced his friends also and we got game day we watch the game together at each other houses when we can and when we got the time to and I only play sports and sports only.so you gotta place wagers before the game my point basically is no way we could be sharing IP address because we all live separate places and work separate places so they accusing me of same IP address with other players don’t makes sense because it’s not like I’m playing while we watching the game nah I don’t and sports. you gotta catch them early to get the good odds on them like days before especially soccer. So I said to the guy only way if you see same IP address unless I logged in to check my ticket after the game so the guy said everything was okay because he actually went ahead and unblock my account again.



    I first requested a payout of 7,000 dollars, they put my account on hold and told me before I’m able to login again I’ll need to verify myself to them which I did and had to do 4 times in one week.

    They eventually opened it up back and I login again and placed a few more bets on soccer Games so that took my account balance down to 11,304,96 and 204 dollars of pending wagers I then requested a next pay out this time again of 10,000 dollars to my surprise I got a email the following day stating my payout request was canceled so when I emailed and I ask why was this they said I didn’t replied to the email they sent me so when I look if I had received an email from BOL there was none so I told the rep I was on the phone with at the time to resend it then let me see,I got it. it’s saying I should verify my payout method, so I had to take screenshots of my bitcoin wallet to sent over to them to verify with all that did they sent me a email afterwards saying my account is closed and won’t be reopened back when I asked why no reason was given as to why this occurred.i got no answer!!

    I kept calling them everyday and I’m still not able to speak with no one who’s able to help me resolved this issue each time I call it’s a different story now they saying I told them I didn’t create no account and i don’t play through it they obviously trying something slick don’t just trying really hard not to pay me my rightful winnings!! I’ve got proof guys I’m not lying please assist me guys ASAP!!

    Best advice Is relax. Stick to facts. Fill out a complaint form and sbr will take care of it.

    It sucks but if you’re on the up and up they’ll help.

    The book does not need a reason to deny you service if they want. As long as they pay you out properly its their business and they can choose who they want and dont want.

    BTW, if it is just you and not all your friends that have had their account closed as well, then there probably is a reason which is more to do with you than your game watching get togethers or your friends.

    I had a twin brother and we used the same IP address/computer all the time, and none of the S-books ever said a word. I guess because they had our ID's. and they knew we were really 2 different people.

    But since they have it in the rules that you can't share a computer/IP address, then they COULD have not paid us.

    And they can use it as a reason to not pay this guy! I hope they don't.

    It’s just accusations to not payout because they had put my account on hold and it was under review I had to send over documents to verify my identity to them so my account can be reopened more than 4 times in one week because and then they eventually opened it again then after requesting a next payout they closed it again I’ve been on BOL for a year now so I’m pretty much aware of their rules I’m a regular player there!

    All I can say is check that email/chat you had with them when they said you shared an IP with someone.

    I'm sure you DIDN'T do it, but maybe while you were saying you never shared an IP, they are trying to say you said you never opened an account. Hell I don't know. File a complaint form with SBR and ask them to tell BOL to show/prove where you ever said in chat or email that you never opened an account. that's all you can do.

    It’s just me probably because I’m the only one who won the guy who referred me to them won there before and had no issues withdrawing a few months back...

    Probably! But for sure BetOnline are really dishonest though they trying to steal more than 16,000 dollars I won in player props because they never graded all my tickets right

    I had filled out a few SBR forms already. I’ll surely fill out some more guys just so y’all understand fully. and I’ve sent over a few emails and the one stating I told them I never created my account along with my response to the email and few pictures of 2 of my tickets they graded incorrectly valued over 4,300.


    From my knowledge I don’t think there was any form of misunderstanding because they been trying to accuse me of stuff I know nothing about from before they said this!

    because I won over 16,000 dollars in player props and they only credited my account with 11,950 dollars.their just dishonest.luckily I’ve got recording and screenshots of my account .hopefully I had filed the complaint the right place but I had received an email from SBR saying y’all are gonna contact management.

    I knew plenty of guys that shared one WiFi account living at the same address while living off campus at school. We all had Bovada accounts and never had a problem getting payouts.

    I had mutiple accounts on BOL as I created a new one after 5 years of not using...they notified me that I had a old account and merged them together no problem...there security dept has the technology to detect if peeps are bonus cheats or trying to get past bet limits or just regular guys betting...lots of fraudsters out there

    This was a phone conversation. We've advised BetOnline you consented for any recording to be shared. Have you always had a valid phone number on file?

    Regardless of the validity of the original post, I can confirm that BOL has easily the worst customer service out of all the other sportsbooks I've ever played. Their agents literally don't have a clue what is going on and they almost never actually reply to any email inquiries. They also routinely incorrectly grade wagers or take weeks to grade tickets and it takes an eternity to contact them and to get them to grade them properly. It's why I barely play there anymore although I do still keep an account. It's a shame because they used to be so much better than this and these problems are easily fixable. Thank god for Bookmaker and Pinny.

    As for the original poster, I doubt you will win this fight but I'll root for you.

    See my point exactly every time it’s a next reason as to why they did what they did first IP address,then trying to link me with other players,then they said I told them I never created my account. and now someone coaching me on what to say are you guys for real though?
    They always have reps you could barely understand at times very rarely I’ll call and get someone who I’m able to communicate with properly most times the reps are non-cooperative.
    And it’s honestly irritating calling them all day and being on hold most times for more than a hour and when you do get them on the phone they repeat them selves like a automated machine!!
    Guys please request the recordings from them because see again their accusing me of something else wrongfully...please guys these guys at BOL are on a whole next level with their accusations!!!

    Try calling BetOnline and when you do get through it’s like you’re talking to 5 are more people honestly you could hear other reps answering the phone, reps even interrupt also,reps speaking in Spanish while you on the phone with a different rep my point you gotta hear noise in the background from there’s people around talking!!!

    GUYS PLEASE REQUEST ALL THE RECORDINGS TO PROVE THAT BETONLINE ARE BEING DISHONEST!!!!!
