    I was given a deposit bonus to be used in casino as bonus. I was told by several reps I have 30 days to completed roll over. I was issued bonus on Sept 30. On Oct 2 I got a 2000 dollar hit and increased my bonus balance to 2300 and about 33 percent done with roll. When I logged back in an hour later bonus was gone. They said it expired
