    betmira - pokermira scam!

    Hi there,
    unfortunately I have to write a complaint about Betmira.
    I made a deposit there 1060 euro and play three bets (two win and one lose) to one of the NBA finals match. After that security support ask me for verification identity and I had to send all of documents and selfies too.
    They send me email:
    “Unfortunately, you did not pass the verification. Our Risk Management and Security Service have identified you as an arbitrage player. Your bets were canceled. The administration of Bet MIRA decided to close you access to the rates for sports. This decision is final and can not be re-examined.”
    Arbitrage player? After 3 bets on top NBA match? Joke!
    OK. I forgot about my won 67 euro (in total) and ask for withdraw my deposit. But not with Betmira…
    Another email:
    “In case of speculation or betting fraud, limits for your bets will be cut or closed, the period for withdrawal will be set individually at the discretion of Bet MIRA administration.”
    So, I’ve been waiting 16 months for my money now. My emails within the last months were just answered with standard phrases: “period for withdrawal will be set individually at the discretion of Bet MIRA administration.”
    How much more I have to wait? Who knows? 3 years? maybe 30 years?
    No money (my deposit money!), scam bookie Betmira!
    Please help me, if You can.

    Welcome to SBR Forum. I see that they are registered under law of Curacao. Have you already tried them to file a complaint?

    I wrote a complaint to the curacao licensor and I also used the SBR complaint form https://www.sportsbookreview.com/sportsbook-complaint/
    In both cases, there is no answer or information for more than 3 months

    Hi Minimax, we responded to your complaint on 20th October last year saying we would try reaching out to Betmira. They did not respond and usually ignore us the same as they do players.

    You should try the Curacao licensor again though, they all seem to be more open to assisting in recent times.

    They still ignore most of the requests. It totally depends on...whatever...

    They might be just going through the motions but it feels like they are responding a lot more, and acting more like they care now than in the past.

    Have not seen them being any more effective as yet though.

    Which licensor? Curacao Egaming or Gaming Curacao?
