    Betonline freezes account

    I am unable to login, getting an error that says to contact customer services. I made a bitcoin deposit and never used a credit card.I called to talk about my account to customer service (1-888-426-3661) waited for 10 minutes on hold with no answer. Hang up, called back with the same result..I sent them my ID. The same result.I filed a complaint one week ago, but I didn't get reply from SBR. I didn't accept shit like this when i opened my account. I didn't have any ill-intent or any intent to gain any bonus.What a shit book

Complaints are assigned to our Analysts in the order they're received so it all just depends how many there were before yours but you can always try emailing forum@sportsbookreview.com to see the progress of your complaint

    They have been disabling accounts left and right. I have been with them probably 15 years and they disabled my account without telling me 2 weeks ago. (Was a silly reason, a non urgent "issue" they would have been much better served contacting me about than disabling my account). A few days ago they re-opened the account.

    Hopefully it's a sign they are getting on top of security issues.

    I haven't seen anyone say they have not had their account re-opened afterward as yet.
