    Campeonbet SCAM and FRAUD. Denying verification without a valid reason.

    Hello SBR community,

    I have a disturbing complaint about the actions of Campeonbet.com
    They refuse to verify my account although I have provided everything they have asked for. They are rejecting my documents without a valid reason or provide no reason at all. They keep saying send another one.
    I have filed a formal complaint with Curacao E-gaming and SBR as well, but have yet to heard back from you. Hopefully you will contact them soon about this.
    I will attach our email correspondence below which is pretty self-explanatory. Have yet to heard from them regarding my latest document but pretty certain they will reject it for whatever reason again.

    it's a shit book but at least I got paid within days

    the fact that the email address of Skrill and that one you registered on their site do not match plus any other risk factor like your location or your betting behaviour may have raised suspicion

    hope this gets solved

    This is the first time Ive heard that the skrill email is supposed to be the same than my registered email? Why? I have it like this with every bookie. Whatever the case, I sent plenty of skrill screenshots anyway to prove my identity.

    You would do better with them to not argue every time and just do what they ask.

    They ask for another copy, a different image, as a way to determine if you actually have the document or have just purchased a skrill account and basic ID. Just send it and stop trying to second guess what they want and why.

    And once you say no to anything, they technically have the right to just not do anything more.

    Play it smart and get paid.

    I am trying my absolute best to get verified but they arent giving me proper instructions on what is it that they want exactly. They also havent given me a reason why they reject my utility bills. When I sent another utility bill from a different month they said I keep sending the same document. In total I have sent 9 documents now. They reject every document that proves my address. I have sent 2 utilities, 1 internet bill (which is rejected because no barcode) a screenshot of my bank account, a letter from my bank. What other ways are there to prove my address? I would be happy to send selfies with these documents or a video selfie of these documents.

    Could you please contact them on my behalf on what exactly do they want?

    Ok it didnt cross my mind that they want a different copy of the same document. I will take a new picture of my utility bill then and send that too. However they did say "keep sending the same document" not that I "keep sending the same file".

    Another good tip is to take a photo and send it as soon as possible afterward so when they check the creation time they can see there was no time for any editing and it is definitely being sent by you, rather than you getting the photo off someone else to re-send.

    I have done this with every image I have sent. Including the different copy of my utility bill I just sent.

    They can be annoying to deal with but just try to comply and don't bother saying too much to them. Complaining can't help but sometimes can result in being asked for even more.

    Same sh*t, different day. They rejected my letter from the bank because it doesnt have a stamp (barcode not good enough anymore). Regarding the different copy of the utility bill I sent, their answer was: "We clearly again state that we want a different utility bill.Not the same." Go figure.

    This is what Im trying to say and why Ive lost my temper with them. Nothing is good enough for them. They still havent given me a reason why my august and september utility bills are rejected. I now have my october bill and offered to send that too, but its kinda obvious they will not accept my utility bill. They also rejected my internet/tv bill because it doesnt have a barcode. There simply arent anymore utility bills for me to send! I have sent like 12 documents already.

    I have now ordered a proof from my bank that I am the owner of the housing loan where I live at. It will be stamped and personally signed by the branch manager. I have to pay for that proof. After that, I really dont have anything else to send to them and would not know what to do...

    They rejected my third different utility bill as well, stating that I still send the same documents. I have sent every utility bill that I receive. Dont know what to do.

    Do they not have a phone number you can call them at? Person-to-person contact is the way to go when there is a dispute so you can get things cleared up.

    I disagree. Strongly.

    After handling thousands of complaint cases, the few I have relented and used voice to talk to books almost always turn bad.

    Made the same error recently after a demanding player insisted the same as you, and as a regular here I wanted to see him happy. Of course the book rep agrees to one thing on the call and then later acts like we never spoke about it.

    Anyway, you are almost always far better with the discussion in writing.

    It has come to a point that they now answer like once a week and whatever I send them they just reply "send another utility bill" they are bascically laughing and trolling now. They know I have sent everything possible. Sent them my latest utility bill as well. Rejected again without a reason.

    I think so, too. Evobet which is a brand of the same company that operates Campeonbet just sent me the wrong amount of money when I requested a withdrawal a few days ago. I did not even make a profit there. They limited me after a couple of bets and rounded off the withdrawal amount saying "rest was charged by the bank institue" which is BS because bank transfers are free. I asked for a proof like a bank statement that shows the outgoing amount and the fee of the bank and they said they would reply by email which didn't happen.

    Stay away from these places: Evobet = Campeonbet = Svenbet

    They disdain and humiliate their customers!

    Ok I have just noticed that as well! I also have bet at Evobet. Not knowingly at the time of course that they are from the same group called CW Marketing B.V. Just recently started to verify my account at Evobet and I can see that the KYC Team is the same and the same viscious cycle is starting, the document doesnt have a barcode etc. bla bla.

    So obviously, this is the probably the reason they are playing with me. Since I have won 4 digits from both of these books and now theyre pissed or whatever. Even so, having different bookmaker accounts who are owned by the same company does not violate any term or condition.

    Curacao hasnt been very helpful as of yet, but they are at least communicating with me.

    Can I get any update from SBR on this please? I have filed two separate complaints but havent heard back from you.

    Yes every book is doing this, less reputation they have to lose, more of this they are doing. And not to every player, just to ones who may be a long term winners. Being a professional gambler is one of the toughest jobs these days. I am not implying that you are a pro, just telling you the truth. Books are criminals and dont let anyone convince you otherwise. Anyone who will disagree by that statement is either a shill (getting paid by them) or a long term loser.

    I have now sent a total of 14 documents to them. If they have no issues with my document, they simply dont reply. If they give a reason, for example, my PDF file of a bank statement showing transactions, they rejected it because it doesnt have a stamp (on a digital file)
