So I don't think things are looking very good. I've called BOL twice now asking to be put through to the extension number they gave me. The last attempt ended with me being put on hold for an hour before I had to give up. BOL say they have called several times but they have never called me at the time I asked them to and I'm not even sure if they've called me at all. All this time I have had one missed call from a strange number that I'm not even sure was them and that did not ring at the time I provided them with in my email. Their customer service doesn't seem to have any idea of what is going on. And I don't understand what betonline can possibly have to say to me at this point that can't be said here or by email.
    2. As for verification rules, this area is regulated under an agreement between the player and bookmaker. And Please do understand that verification over the phone to validate my account is NOT in line with their terms and conditions! The players are getting fed up with the terrible customer service at BOL because they have shown no interest in fixing it. This to me reeks of the type of book who is getting ready to pull a stiff job.And SBR does nothing--not even a mere mention on its news page that a dispute even exists with BOL.
Guys at SBR please, lets pretend to be impartial and put a note on the wire, this can not be ignored.

So, they can print out that terms and conditions and wipe their ass with it. Isn't it?Next time they will ask me to arrive into their office? Why not?
And...They have no licensing information available on the site. I found more than a dozen different complaints about their business practices on this forum. BOL stopped writing back and are ignoring all of my messages.Sorry if it seems like I'm trying to create drama but I thought some SBR people might care about this, at least a little bit.

Not that I don't care. Just think you want to be a lawyer about avoiding KYC and you wouldn't want to hear my opinion on that.

You'll have to comply with the KYC stuff if you want your money anyway, so not much point even discussing it.

You'll find all those "dozen complaints" will have been resolved fairly. And yours will be too.

My account has been verified. and REOPENED

    Account reopened - [MO201810611749]

    Dear Samuel,

This is Lucy from Player Services. Hope you are doing well.

This email is to inform you that your account has been reactivated as per your request.

after a week of having the account back it has now been locked again! BOL have not called me. I am actually quite confused why they can't just say what they need to here. I am trying to do things their way and accept their call and still no contact. A lot of time has passed and this doesn't seem any closer to any kind of resolution.
Terms and conditions - it's bull shit, do you agree?

I guess that can go on forever. I called you, no you didn't. This conversation went in a circle.
That is theft, plain and simple. Since most victims are not lawyers, they generally just agree to lose their money this way.
Optional, why do we need a terms and conditions?

I'm having the same issues as Newman. So, I decided to file a complaint with SBR. Over 2 weeks had passed and no progress had been made.
No Bonuses, No CC, No Casino, No Poker.

After 10 phone calls over many days where I could only leave message as nobody could take my call.Initially I thought their decision to freeze my account might be based on a misunderstanding. But the fact that Betonline doesn't even bother to defend itself proves that they know that there is no explanation for their actions. This is because stealing money from paying customers is indefensible. Betonline’s silence speaks for itself. Better to stay silent on a public forum than to even try and comment.
This book has habitual slow pays, hacking instances, attempted balance confiscations, I mean it goes on and on with negative experiences. Notice they are touted and recommended on SBR website. Look at Betonlines news page at SBR. Check for their other sponsors, they don't cover complaints against sponsor books. A plethora of BetOnline complaints which go unreported. Do you only interested in solving disputes with F books and do not even pursue disputes with paid sponsors? Is it too much to ask that you would inform players about this sh*t?
This type of lawlessness allows for large-scale violations of player rights.
I am just asking legit questions.

I am a member in good standing with BOL and I can confirm that their customer service is horrible. They really don't ever answer emails and their agents have no idea what is going on in live chats - I have no clue why. Pretty much the only way to get through to them is to contact by phone and immediately demand a manager, or as mentioned before, try Dave Mason on twitter. I really have no idea how a book can have such bad customer service. If they would just fix their customer service issues, they would really be a top notch book.

BetOnline mgt looked into your situation. Your account was temporarily suspended as your phone number on file is invalid. Please provide BetOnline a valid number so they can schedule a call to discuss your account.

I agree their customer service is absolutely dreadful. If I call them I get astonished if I get an anwser.. that is unacceptable for an A rated book.

I have a valid email and phone number. Do they have rules about this in their terms?
There is something very wrong with how Betonline conducts its 'security'
I can predict the future. Next time they will ask me to drive down to Panama head office with my documents to prove who I am.

I feel just them spitting in my face and insulting me. I think the most depressing thing about these issues is how silent SBR has been about it.
How can BOL demand from the player that which is not stipulated by the contract? They refuse to answer me this question. "We will not further assist you"
And in your opinion, is this normal? My account has been verified and reopened before!!! Next time they will ask to come to their office in Panama? Well, why not? Is The Law Really Applied Equally to everyone?SICK. Is this A+ book?
But yet still the moderator for SBR say I should check the thread to see if there is any complaint against BOL but to be honest it’s numerous of them on here and other sites it’s obvious BOL are scammers no doubt and this dude the moderator is obviously their accomplice!
