    Betdsi is cheating me?

    Hello everyone. I tried to withdraw small sum of money there 5 days ago. 2 days later they canceled my payout and told me to verify my account. I sent the documents immediately and submitted again the withdrawal as they told me to do on live chat. They confirmed that they have received the documents but keep sending me emails to send documents which, as I told you I have done. I wonder if they are trying to cheat me or they are just a brunch of incompetents...

    You will get paid. Pretty standard to do the verify and most other books are the same in regards to asking again etc. Probably stalling not for the fact that they can't/won't pay but just they know most will lose it back. Just stay calm and don't make any bets until your withdraw comes through.

    They do ask most players for KYC/ID information at some point.

    It sounds like a bit of a clunky process there now compared to the past is all.

    Yesterday they told everything is ok and my payout would go through... today first thing they made ...canceled my payout...again...

    Thank You very match to SBR. Betdsi emailed me immediately after SBR contacted them. BETDSI asked me to make the withdrawal. Hope they pay now... I will update you
