    5dimes pocketing money

So 2 years ago I have requested a 370 buck withdrawal but didnt pick it up at **.

It is not in the system for **, which means it has returned to the sender, 5dimes are saying they cannot pay it back cause they don't have the money which is a total nonsense. They say it has been 2 years, OK I am not asking for interest on it, I was my devalued 370 bucks back. Someone has it, and ** doesn't pocket money I have contacted their customer support, they refund it to the sender.

5 dimes is at wrong, do u guys think an A+ sportsbook can conduct business that way?

Unless you have been in Prison or in a Coma for 2 years, why are you trying to get this money now?

Something like this needed to be run down right away. If I was 5dimes, I would tell you to kick rocks as well as i wouldn't go back that far to figure out what happened to this transaction.

Now if you just had a dormant account with money left in it, they would be responsible for paying you.

I'm not so sure the money gets sent back to the sender unless they request a refund for it which most likely they didn't do. I know you only have a certain amount of time to pick it up and if no refund is requested I believe the money transfer place keeps it.

nope the money transfer place puts it back into the account. I have had transfers that bounced to my bank account in the past.

Im guessing 5D doesn't want to refund it because the money didn't go back to them but to a runner I've got payouts via western and its always a random person so my guess is 5D's really doesn't have the money and OP is SOL

    Was thinking the same.

5D should try to be helpful if they can, but if you go in guns blazing demanding they owe you, they are likely to circle the wagons and defend. Not really reasonable to expect too much waiting 2 years to say a payment wasn't received. Use some sugar instead of vinegar with them.

optional i have called and politely asked - offered a compromise- say they put it into my account but place a rollover on the money. Nothing worked - 3 cs people told me all they could follow is rules and they cannot deviate from those to help my situation so thats why SBR complaint is my last resort with them.

I understand its 3rd pary runners they are using - but its their fault they dont have an agreement to collect money from damn runners in case client doesn't collect the withdrawal. they could have used my money for 2 years! Its very unprofessional and simply dumb on their behalf

And on top of that how do they hold A+ if their limit on european basketball leagues - even top ones is 50 bucks? really? I dont understand how they are better than any of the B or A- rated sportsbooks which have more withdrawal options, better limits better odds, etc. Anyways regardless of what the outcome of my complaint shall be - i want sbr users to be aware of this hiccup by 5dimes. it adds up to my frustration with how disorganized they are. they r running a business, not gambling individuals. To let the money go in one direction without any report from a person sending that ** transfer is quite unprofessional. Just like saying - we offer European leagues, but you cant bet more than 50 bucks. So really its just an American sports book with average odds and limited withdrawal options for Canadian customers.

I requested tospeak to Anthony, the agent ignored my request saying he will try to resolve it himself

too many transactions over a 2 year period have gone thru at 5dimes . you can't expect them to figure out where your money went. you forgot about it, same as losing it and looking for it 2 tears later.

I would have asked but would not expect them to give a crap after 2 years.

No the money gets returned to the sender unless they sent the money using cash. Then they will get a notification saying the money hasn’t been picked up and they can come back and get which I’m sure that person did

When I used to do P2P payouts most books wanted you to collect it in 48-72 hours, even with reminder calls.

Why request ad wait 2 years only to be pissed about it?

I get it - I made a booboo forgetting about the payout( I had about 4-5 same week, so...) my disappointment comes from unexplainable phenomenon of how that money allegedly never makes it back to the bookie if not picked up. that's beyond my understanding,

It's sort of like trying to cash a check after six months. When dealing with intermediaries and processors, withdrawals have to be claimed in a reasonable amount of time to avoid this very scenario.

"Unexplainable"? It's been explained already. Because they use runners.

Just because you don't understand doesn't make THEM wrong.

BTW, what is making you so sure you didnt pick this payment up? Are you sure the information you are working from is correct? Maybe the transaction simply wasnt closed off in the P2P system after you did pick it up. Could you really have just 'forgotten' to go get some money?

Fanduel paid $82,000 on a bad line. 5Dimes can pay $370 for free publicity.

Would you if someone came out calling you names and throwing shade because they "think" they didn't pick a p2p cash payment 2 years ago?

I'd tell the OP to kick rocks myself.

If he came to me and said, "I stuffed up and just realized I didnt pick up a P2P payemnt 2 years ago, can you do anything for me?" I'd bend over backwards if it was possible to chase it up still. And if i believed him, do just what you said.

no they have admitted to it themselves , in fact all these 2 years there was a message in my account asking to pick up the money - thing is I was so disappointed in 50 bucks European league limits that I decided to withdraw and forget about 5dimes that's why I never opened my account again.

I have actually called M0neygram as well and tracked my transaction they said after 90 days it went back to Nicaragua - the country of sender.

You could try speaking to Becky or Tony and maybe ask if they will share half the loss and credit your account with $185.

If they are not using the same payment agents it will probably be near impossible for them to retrieve it now.

I think offering to share some responsibility is your best option.
