    HELP - problem with payout/rollover - onlinebetting.ag

    I hope someone can help with some advice here.

    My girlfriend deposited 50 dollars on onlinebetting.ag and got a 25 dollars sports betting bonus.

    She is not into sports betting, she plays casino and poker.

    She placed the free bet and lost.

    After that, she lost the 50 dollars she deposited.


    She later deposited 200 USD on the account. Now she played the 200 USD up to 1000 USD on casino games.

    Now she is trying to cash it out, but they will not cash it out, refering to the rollover, which is 1125 USD which has to be made on sports betting.

    Can this really be right?

    How can they withhold the new money she deposited and her winnings?

    Was the account balance fully zeroed out, and no pending bets, before re-depositing?

    I think they are the same as betowi.ag .eu or whatever. In the past they have made it really difficult to get money out.
