I signed up with Heritage. I took the 50% cash back bonus and ARE newer to this so didn't really understand the 12X rollover part. Now, I have to post $9000 in bets to withdraw anything. I cant even withdraw my original investment unless I hit this rollover. My betting is typically smaller (100-200/week) and I really only do this during the football season. Is this rollover possible to hit? It seems impossible and it seems like I could build my account and just have my money stuck in this site...

Sure. People get on streaks all the time. If you are in it short term don't take the bonus. To me a bonus is to build a bankroll. In which case the rollover is a bit irrelevant. It is all beneficial

Yes it's very doable if you are there for a long run. If you plan to bet a few times and withdraw than don't take the bonus.
