    William Hill pulls a fast one and soft opens Hollywood Sportsbook

    Advertised Saturday 1pm Grand Opening. Soft opened tonight with zero notice. Put it on Twitter around noon. Had to drag my ass out here with work at 6am. Video to come.

    Place was a ghost town. Will get some better videos on Saturday. Location is a little strange. Big open counter about 10 yards from the very nice two tier sports bar. Supposedly adding electronic kiosks at the bar for up to few hundred dollar wagers. Anything over $1,000 requires a card similar to other William Hill shops. Not ideal but to go from no options to walking in a casino and walking out with cash is a big step forward.

    Why do some people start a video in Portrait and then halfway thru change to Landscape? Is it that they're new to cellphone video and don't realize what happens? Or do they just not care?

    better than nothing but WH is terrible and sportsbooks are ghetto even in Vegas
