I just got off the phone and was pretty shocked at after asking this. I have a cash balance of $2999 i got to Over $1200 and went all in starting with $280 . I took a bonus of 100% so in a separate section it shows the $280 . I had a smaller one i never used too. So , i started with $280 in the cash section worked it up in Casino then took a shot and got to $2999 right now . I went All in with the same bet when i did the deposit cash bet so that is up to $523.

So $2999 for cash balance and $523 at bonus . So i called and asked just to make sure and see where i am with the rollover. This is what shocked me. They count the Deposit AND the Bonus amount towards the rollover so $5600 for the rollover. BUT - They do NOT count anything won in the cash section which is your original deposit towards the rollover . ONLY the bonus section. That makes NO sense to me i have never seen a book not count the original deposit amount towards the rollover. Especially when they are counting that towards the rollover.

I cannot see anything in the rules that say the cash does not count towards it. I know others play there can someone tell me if this is true. It seems insane if it is and i have never seen a book do that ever.

We have all been told different things. They don't know what the actual rules are and neither do any of us. It's very complicated and confusing. The bonus is supposedly cash but it stays separate from cash balance. I did not know cash plays don't count towards rollover but like I said we've all been told different things.

I have never seen a book not count the cash amount from your original deposit. What makes it unfair if it is true is they count the deposit amount towards the rollover total but not when you bet using it. I told him it would make better sense if you hit big in the cash amount to just blow the bonus amount so you can cash out. He said technically you can do that but you should try and use the bonus too. But then since i see nothing about the cash amount not counting towards the rollover i can see then turning around and saying the cash amount cannot still be taken out because the 10xs has not been met. If they pull that i would definitely file a complaint here because that is not what they are telling me now.

if the cash winnings from the normal deposit outside of the bonus don't count then how are you supposed to make the rollover? the book is setting you up for failure. i appreciate the heads up cause I like bonuses and this appeared good with the terms as I had understood them.
