Too bad you can't add money to bets in BJ when you have 20 against dealers hands. Would be the same thing.

that would be great lol! Ive seen people add to bets like that in casino when they have a good hand lol

anyway, the man got his money, its over. In theory the book can blacklist you, share info with banks , if you are committing true fraud.

but im not sure what this would be classified as.... the money is huge, interesting topic.

    So Nitrogen says two things:

    1. "you took advantage of a system bug that allowed you to win more than would have been a standard game payout."

    2. "you received illicit winnings."

Maybe y'all @dealerwins and @cashin81 figured it out.

If the "system" was allowing him to add to the don't come line, AFTER say, a 10 or 4 had been rolled AND he wasn't paying odds on it but instead the system was allowing a 1 to 1 even bet to be added on that, then yes it was a screw up in the computer program.

But it wouldn't classify as "winning more than a standard game payout" nor would it classify as "receiving illicit winnings." It would just mean their system didn't give him the right odds on the added don't come bet.

I hope the guy doesn't disappear and instead just emails them and FLAT OUT ASKS THEM how they derived that he "received illicit winnings"

and he asks them what part of the game that they say paid him "
more than a standard game payout."

Then we won't have to guess at what happened!!!

Come on dude. Go ask them what they mean and tell us what they said was "wrong" with the payouts on the game!!

Are you going to tell us what happened? Or what Nitrogen said the reason was that they took your money?

Remember, you don't deserve ANY of your money to be taken from them JUST because you won a lot!!

TELL US WHAT ENDED UP HAPPENING?

This case reminds me of the Phil ivy case where he took advantage of edge he discovered and ended up having to pay it all back his wins.

Joe, this is another player complaint thread. You have been warned multiple times to keep out of them with your moronic rants. If you keep ignoring the request you will have to be banned I'm afraid. Politely asking over and again obviously has no effect.

Your answer is contained within the thread. But I am going to answer you anyway to make sure you have no reason to post in this thread again.

    1) The player won over $60000 due to a game malfunction.

    2) The book asked the player to please return half of it as fair way to settle the problem.

    3) The player decided not to do that.

    4) That is the end of it.

    5) No one suggested the player or book were 100% innocent or 100% at fault.

Now to be perfectly clear for the VERY LAST TIME. Any post you make again in any S&I player complaint thread will result in an automatic perma ban without further warnings.

Discovered? More like edge he created by getting the stupid casino to agree to crazy rules that only Phil Ivey or someone of his ilk could get away with. That one pisses me off because the casino knew what they were agreeing to and just wanted his action. They should have had to live with the results. The protection that casinos get in an industry where they’re guaranteed a profit is maddening.

My country is now blocked from accessing Nitrogen.eu

Basic cheap VPNs are blocked too, I just gave up on the idea until I'm back to the States. I would hate to run up a balance and then have an issue and give them a legit reason to seize funds.

how are they guaranteed a profit when people are cheating to beat them? plenty of casinos have gone bankrupt in case you didn't know

this wasn't just a case of getting lucky on 4k bets and winning 60k, this was 100 hours of grinding out pennies because the software was allowing you to add to bets that you shouldn't have been allowed to add to

there was no risk in your strategy, and it didn't fall under the normal course of play, so hypothetically should you continue to be allowed to do this and make $600/hour off of them for the rest of your life?
