i owe creditors a nice amount of money and recently been getting court summons , and if i don' t show they bring up how they will garnish wagers, now i have a nice amount of money in my sports-books accounts what i do is i receive my money via fed ex take the check to my bank where there cash it for me without me having money in my account can i continue to do that or should i tell the website to send the check to a different name like a friend or family member if i ask for that request what do you think will happened thank you

they usually don't pay to a third party , another option would be to withdraw through ** or monegram, but if you are getting large payouts why not pay off some of the creditors
