    Does anyone know how to access Heritage live chat through mobile site.

    I have no idea how to do this it just gives me the option of email. I am unable to access the desktop site on my phone. When I click on "go to regular site", it goes for a couple seconds and then automatically switches to mobile again.

    I don't really want to phone them because I will be charged long distance unless there is a toll free number I am unaware of

    if you are using chrome on your phone go into browser settings (the three vertical dots in the upper right corner) and check the box for "desktop site". Just checked and it works with heritage on my phone, brings me to the full site.
