    Betonline's website is almost unusable

    Logging in for the 5th time to place a bet. I don't know how a company can be run this terribly, when every other book, even scam ones, have working website. This is absurd.

    Its unbearable. Luckily I log in there maybe 1 time a day to place any bets. Someone that is live betting or placing bets all throughout the day surely has had enough of it already and left. I'd give more action to Heritage but they don't let me get more than $1k down on anything at the most.

    been this way for several months,just pitiful.I have to change my password EVERY TIME to be able to log in,and ALL their workers are useless

    Sportsbetting is just as bad. Forces me to login several times and then I get temporarily banned, because it's seen as a perceived DOS attack. POS site

    Can ANYONE here honestly claim that they have had no recent issues with using www.betonline.ag via desktop browser?

    I'm trying to assess BOL's claim that "not everyone has this issue."

    Same for me triyng to log in and being logged out as soon as you log in. Ever since the ddos attack on them there site has been a hassle.

    Having an issue has become ingrained with me using the website. I cannot remember the last time I had no issue. Certainly since baseball season started, I honestly dont even remember what the website was like before that for me. It definitely wasn't smooth but i dont remember if it was just soso or bad. But since april 1st about, it has been atrocious. Every single time. Different browsers, different internet connections, different computers!

    Attempts to contact bet-online ended months ago, as every attempt since they claimed victory over the doss attack has been a bad experience. They just blamed all issues on my end. I gave up.

    cloudflare was a bad idea
    if betonline and any other site have the same odds i would rather not login to betonline to place my wager

    Another great day at betonline,10 minutes to place a 1st five bet ,if I didn't have rollover to clear I would never bet here again.

    July 31st got this from them

    The fix went in on mobile last week and works. The same fix is scheduled for desktop this week. In the meantime as a workaround you can try typing http://tablet.betonline.ag or http://mobile.betonline.ag into your desktop browser. That should work.

    What a big win for the doss attackers. Even if they didnt get paid a ransom, this is like an advertisement for the damage they are capable of inflicting on a website. Or bet-online has no clue how to work a website.

    They don't. they can't even put in a simple code to reset the rollover when your balance goes to zero.

    That's the problem. These idiots assume that bc 100% of people are not calling in every day to bitch, their site works. Meanwhile, I guarantee you they cannot even log into their own test accounts from outside the network.

    Tablet site works well on my computer. Only need to login once without having to do it multiple times if I go to a new page and can jump from page to page very quickly without much (if any) lag. Only problem is since my computer screen isn't a touch screen, it's not as easy to scroll down the page to the non prominent bets/props. If you're just betting regular baseball right now, should be able to use it no problem until they hopefully get the desktop site fixed.

    its a garbage a high profile site with constant moving lines needs to be for sure top tier site design and useability with a backup of a backup, I dont know who Dave is but I assume he owns the site because no way he would still be employed if not

    I just found it comical that sportsbetting.ag customer service was shocked when i contacted them last night. told me site was in perfect condition and problem was 100% on my end.
