    Stakers

    Hi,

    I have account on Stakers and everything was fine till two days ago. I place bet in live soccer match on next goal home team. I won that bet and they pay my winning. I made a withdraw and it was in process all day. Next day when i open my account withdraw was declined and there were no money on my account. I look in my bet history and i saw that they canceled my wining bet. I contact them via mail and ask the reason why they canceled my bet. In every mail they send to me they write that bet was not accepted by trading and send me link to they terms and cond. Here is one of they answer:

    Dear Mr XXXX,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    Following your request, we would like to inform you once again that your bet with bet ID XXXXX was cancelled as it was not accepted by the trading.

    Kindly note that your bet amount of 70 EUR has been in full refunded to your account and you are able to proceed with your withdrawal any time now.

    We offer apologies for the inconvenience you have experienced.

    I ask them again and again to specify why they canceled my winning bet but there were no answer from them.
    I dont understand how they can say that bet was not accepted by the trading ( bet was accepted, bet was wining and the pay my winning on my Stakers account and next day they canceled my bet).
    According to this they can canceled every winning bet without any explanation.
    Is there anything i can do?

    If you haven't already fill out an SBR Complaint Form and one of our Dispute Analysts can try to contact them for you. How soon after you placed the bet was the goal scored?

    I'm just taking a guess but it could be a timing issue. Either what you were watching or their feed may have been a bit delayed and so they feel you've placed a bet after the goal or they didn't take down their live lines in time. If you fill out a complaint form hopefully SBR can get an answer for you

    i will fill out a complaint. Ofc I didnt know that goal was scored. It was some friendly match playing who know were and there was not stream for that match. And there is a time bank for about 7-8 sec before bet is placed so there is now chance that i place my bet after a goal. It was just situation when you place a bet and it became winning quickly after the bet is placed. I have opposite situation many time when i place bet for next goal team A and few sec. after a place a bet team B score a goal. Its all part of the game

    They should be able to at least tell you the time of your bet and the time of any goal or danger zone period reported on their incident feed.

    It's just silly of them to only say 'not accepted' if they are genuine.

    Hi,

    again i have the same problem with this scamer site. I place live bet in first half (kenya super leaque) that away team will win the 2. half. I won that bet and they again canceled my bet without any explanation. How is this possible?

    I'm sorry you have not heard back, but Stakers simply quote terms back at SBR the same as they do with you.

    From seeing quite a few others try I honestly do not think you will get anywhere, but ibas-uk.com is your only real option to get this changed.
