For MIZ & SBR Admin: GTBets STOLE 18k FROM ME continued from 5/24/18

I made a post on 5/24/18 about funds being kept from me by GTBets. I am trying to contact two people that responded MIZ (SBR Pro) and SBR Admin. I was not able to answer you because the thread was closed and I am new to the site so I cannot PM yet. I thought I had stated this in my original post but there was only one account and has never been a second. Not by me, my girlfriend or on her computer or even through our wifi. There was no multiple accounts fraud or bonus abuse. Only the one account. Since the last post GTBets contacted me and returned another deposit of $9,999 but is refusing to return the remaining $9,028 from the account. $3,000 of that was my original deposit, $1,646 from a deposit bonus and the remainder of $4,382 from winnings. Of course I am grateful I was able to get another $10k back but I just don't understand why they paid out $20k and are holding the rest. If I was trying to scam them I would have just given them my girlfriends ID when they asked for the account holders documents instead of my own. I get that it's a stupid mistake and it was my fault but they and most everyone else are acting like it was some big scam on my part. I just want to clarify for SBR that there was only one account and has never been another. Also, SBR Admin stated that they had spoken with me on multiple occasions which is not accurate. I did get one email from a representative named Matt on 4/17/18 asking me if I also opened another account in my name but that was it. I promptly answered him saying that I did not open another account and asked if I should also send the email chain between GTBets and myself. I never got an answer from him. I emailed him several more times with no reply which is why I ended up posting on here asking for advice. I would still love to speak to someone but I cannot PM on here so I am writing this second post hoping that I will reach one of you. This is my original post:

I made my official complaint to SBR on April 17th but have not heard back from anyone so I am asking for advice on here. I accidentally opened an account in my girlfriends name. It sounds crazy I know but I was using her computer and email because I was locked out of mine from it being broken. I entered my name but when I entered her email it auto-filled in her name after I had already put in mine. I had no idea of this until it came time to make a withdrawal and then the confusion began. She has never had an account before and neither had I. When I tried to explain what happened to them they gave me the run around and never allowed me to speak to a manager. I have a long email chain proving that I never knew of this error. They called it fraud and "confiscated" my winnings of about $18,000. There was nothing malicious here. I made an innocent mistake. I will attach a copy of my complaint which explains in more detail. I understand that I made the mistake but these books are not accountable to anyone and it's not right.

Your story doesn’t make sense. How could you “accidentally” open an account in your girlfriends name? It shouldn’t matter that you were using her computer.

    SBR's statement: https://www.sportsbookreview.com/for...l#post27805503

@SBR: So if he did not use multiple accounts and GTBet even returned 10k how can you still say it's legit to confiscate all his money?

SBR deleted my post too with no message, email or response ... are they trying to protect the books? Or what's going on?? I wish the best of luck resolving your case man

Sad. I remember when a mod told me that it's forum's policy not to delete any threads. Your case was still unsolved. If they have been convinced by the book that you had those accounts before SBR could have closed the thread as well. But why deleting it?

If the player didn't multi-account, then GTBets should do the right thing and pay the guy.

The reason books ask for PID is to stop multi-accounting. I can understand that it's easier for the book to look out for multi-accounting if the book enforces a policy of requiring accurate names from players, but to confiscate someone's hard-earned money for entering his name incorrectly (deliberately or not) is trash behaviour.

I'll keep an eye on this case and will move my business elsewhere if GTBets does the wrong thing.

you were informed in the previous thread, that:

"GTBets' actions were in line with their policy on multiple accounting and bonus abuse."
