    General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) starting tomorrow

    You should see the list of companies Yahoo shares their information with. It's unbelievably long and you have to click on each 1 individually to opt-out.

    Controlling data is like controlling the weather.

    As long as a country isn't totally isolated like North Korea there will never be an authority that can supervise companies in a proper way. Companies always a step ahead.

    Does it include EU residents or EU citizens as well?

    Can I get compensated if some bookmaker sends me unsolicited emails after May 25 or I won't get a dime, but I would get the bookie to pay a fine to the EU?
