    how would it even be possible for someone to see and grade no action? his other bet wasn't re-graded as a loss until the next day.

    and 5dimes isn't going to break their own rules over a lousy couple hundred bucks

    5Dimes reserves the right to correct grading errors at any time. If an account reaches a negative balance due to the re-grade of an event, all in-progress pending wagers will stand and be honored. Since winning wagers in this instance will be honored, immediate settlement of losing wagers is also expected.

    Oddly enough, besides BM the place that's paid me the quickest and have never had one single issue with over past 7 years also has a very low rating on here. Probably 50+ payments of over 1k within 48 hours every time. Pre btc as well.

    5dimes misgraded a live betting ultra bet on me Friday morning. 3 days later they correct it, of course on Friday I had plenty to cover that, not so much today, and now have a negative balance for the first time ever

    Why would they wait 3 days to regrade a bet?

    A lot of euro books say if theres an error in settlement, you are to hold the money in trust for them. I guess 3 days isnt unreasonable, but 3 weeks would be.
    Its not the law, just one of their terms.

    Im not sure what happens with a negative balance. Id guess its a stand off, if you guys wanna keep playing - you have to pay.
    Id be worried, if you do pay and want to keep playing - you may be limited to $0 bets once you get the balance back to positive lol

    Because I assumed it would be fixed pretty quickly, especially because it was live betting ultra and that is graded nearly instantly. And I had plenty in my account to cover the eventual reverse had it happened the same day. Of course I ended up going on a ridiculous losing streak

    I’m not complaining, nor do I think it’s unfair. I’ve just been playing at 5d for years and never had a negative balance and then i do today and stumbled on this thread
