    bookmaker or betonline

who should i deposit it to? Personally cant stand bookmakers customer service since they twice wouldnt even honor a ten dollar free bet promotion for signing up, so i havent played there yet. Looking for one more out. How much would i have to fight bookmaker when it comes to getting things settled? Scares me they wont honor even a cheap free play. Kept telling me to go to the promo site, then why do they let the promo site use their name? I know a lot of people use them though. Betonline the safer choice?

Bookmaker probably the best but lines aren't usually as good as Betonline. If you have never played at Betonline I'd still sign up there and take advantage of the bonuses/promotions they offer. Both are excellent books.

Both are good. Depends how and what you bet on. If I didn't try to bet openers, and wasn't barred from their loyalty program, it would be Bookmaker all day.

I personally would never trust a third party site in regards to promotions for a sportsbook. Their information could be out of date or just flat out wrong, which it sounds like happened to you.

If I plan on taking advantage of an advertised promotion, I always contact the sportsbook customer service directly via chat or email and confirm that I am eligible and will receive the bonus before making a deposit. This creates a paper trail that I can refer to if something goes wrong.

Now, having said that, both BetOnline and Bookmaker are excellent books, relatively speaking, as far as the U.S. is concerned. You really shouldn’t have much of an issue with them making right on their commitments. I use both of them extensively. To me, it comes down to which one has markets and odds that best align with your betting interests.

Bookmaker not even a competition. They may not have the best live betting, but customer service is great, you can actually understand them on the phone, fast bitcoin payouts usually within 1-3 hours BetOnline is having so many issues lately and if you are always mobile it’s difficult to login and stay logged in.

    Pregame - Bookmaker
    Live - Betonline

Bookmaker's live betting is a joke. I have only one of my twenty bets accepted because it takes ages to accept a single bet

Grab both......and grab the bonuses at each.

    BOTH outstanding in many aspects.

Really? I have not played there since late last year, but at that time bets were accepted instantly if the line had not changed.

EDIT: Just tested it on an NBA game for a whole 1 cent and it went through instantly.
Maybe they are delaying only some accounts? Or over a certain $ amount?

You just said you can't stand Bookmaker's customer service so go with BetOnline.

I personally can't recommend betonline. I was with them for a little over a year and they were great...until they weren't. Their website was down for over three weeks back in March, which was bad enough. But then when my account was hacked on two occasions they told me it was my fault and kept my money. I have a few hundred dollars of pending futures wagers, and once those have been cleared I'm pulling out and saying goodbye.

Best of luck whichever you choose.

One other thing -- if you choose to go with betonline, make sure to read their terms and conditions carefully before trying to collect on any bonuses. Their "guaranteed" lifetime reload bonus is anything but.

both are top notch. Betonline has awesome live betting software and better lines in some sports. Bookmaker has always been solid for me with fast payouts ect.

I've never played with BetOnline, but Bookmaker has been amazing to me over the years. Quick cryptocurrency payouts for big money, good customer service, excellent interface. One note of caution: if you start winning too much they will pull you from the BetPoints promotion.

Bookmaker is offering a $25 5x rollover when you email them your Coinbase Btc address. I use both of them and also 5 Dimes mostly for MLB.

im not even offered bonuses anymore for being non recreational after a small sample size.....i didnt think you wanted to send directly from book to coinbase? guess that could change with the new law in the sates but still going to use the intermediate wallet for now.
