Had an issue pop up with a payout vs roll-over amount. There was what they called a "glitch" in there system and it still showed on their end that I hadn't played thru a deposit/bonus before depositing again. This would not let me take a withdrawal for the amount I wanted.

It took a little longer than I thought/expected it to (4 hours), but customer service/account manager got it all cleared up and fixed. Kudos to them!

They are definitely one of the best. I have been with them for about 15 years and have never had any issues getting paid. I trust them more than any other book with my money. They pay fast also.
